Probably the most unprofessional company I’ve ever came into contact with. They don’t care about anyone except themselves. I would suggest not dealing with Kumho in any way. I received horrible service from a Joshua and Grayling. I will never suggest these tires to anyone ever. They are very cheap tires and simply not safe. Goodyear and Bridgestone are a lot more helpful.

Thank you Kumho tire for providing great customer service for our tires that were wearing prematurely on our new car. Grayling was the representative that helped me, and he provided excellent customer service. We would definitely purchase Kumho tires again based on this experience.

I have had 4 sets on different vehicles. I am about to replace a set on a Subaru Outback. I will replace with the same Solus TA71 I did in 2019. They have over 60K miles and will still pass inspection. They worked great and had a solid well placed feel. We have three vehicles and they all run on Kumho's.

This is a fast growing company that's provides the best tire in the industry for any application at the right price. I have the PA51 compound, an all season tire that drive excellent in the snow and are exceptional on dry or wet roads. So happy with my Kumho tires!!!

I got the kumho premium Kl33. After 20k, road noise was horrible. tech told me he wouldn't be able to rotate anymore. said might get 27k before replacing. from other reviews, you will never get 60k warranty. fyi, i get 28mpg city driving if that tells you how i drive.

I had 4 new Kuhmo Platinum tires 205 -60 -R16's installed last year on my Acura at the Acura dealership. I went with the suggestion of my Service Advisor instead of Michelin MXV4's due to reviews he provided. The reason I'm writing this review! Had I read what I am about to write I would have made a better decision.This morning my front tires separated while driving on the interstate. I noticed the rapid wear recently due to prolonged winter weather. Ice and snow usually don't wear tires rapidly.? Scared the heck out of me because I was driving with the flow of traffic at the speed limit.I was able to get control and not wreck my car. I then stopped, fumed, cursed, inspected, calmed down and contacted the nearest tire repair businesses along I-85.I was terrified it would still rupture and do further damage to my vehicle. I looked at a lot of the reviews For khumo tires online back to 2010 and Kuhmo has basically said we know we have defective tires but we are going to blame most complaints or failures on the owner not doing the proper preventative maintenance. Well shots fired because I happen to have my Acura dealership do all of the service on my vehicle as needed/ recommended.These platinum tires were 60K mileage warranty tires which lasted about half of that warranty lifespan claimed. Do I think this warranty will get me replacement tires or an apology? Heck no but I can tell you I am ALIVE!!!I spent $400 this morning unexpectedly and had to hear tire professionals tell me how poorly khumo tires are looked at in their profession. He repeatedly said how lucky I was it wasn't worse while goughing me at the same time. New tires, alighnment, disposal fee, taxes, credit card marketing, warranty marketing and etc...No bargaining when you need to be somewhere and your tires are seperated and steel belts ( pics taken) are clearly visible. Ching ching!! I am frustrated that we have families driving on inferior products and the best we can hope for is we didn't die?Oh what a low standard for an international company. I'm not going to beg for a 10% discount or a multi-tiered watered down prorated warranty over weeks of haggling and lies from a low level mgr.This is what I'm doing. I'm going to protect those familes by saying publicly that under no circumstances would I allow a family member or friend to ride in a vehicle that has Khumo tires installed.My Acura service rep will hear from me 1st thing Monday and I will contact Khumo tires so they can't say I did not inform them of this incident.I'm simply too angry to play the phone tag game over superbowl weekend.
