TERRIBLE store! Seldom is there a manned check out lane. I've had many occasions where the shelf price and the price on check out are not the same. Check out price higher. Call this to there attention and they tell you to go snap a picture of the shown shelf price. Never an apology!
This morning I got to the store at 6:15am only to be told they were not opening until 7:00am. Clearly states online that they are opening at 6:00

The most depressing grocery store I have ever been to. Also be cautious buying anything frozen from here. Have bought many frozen items that seem to have been “thawed” and then re-frozen

The staff at this store is terribly RUDE! All the women here have nasty attitudes as if they hate their jobs. I have only met two people at checkout that are always pleasant but the rest seem to hate their jobs. Today I needed help at self check out and was completely ignored because they “weren’t working” that section of the store and fake looked for the person who was but then proceeded to go back to their personal conversation. If you can stand and talk you can scan a card and say have a nice day. I’m so tired of visiting this store only to leave with an uneasy feeling because the staff is nasty. Do better.

Wow is this Kroger bad. You can barely get up and down the isles for all of the junk that is always laying around and even if you manage to find what you are looking for, God be with you at the checkout. I have seen too many near violent altercations at the checkout of this Kroger due to how poorly it is designed. There are never more than 4 or 5 self-check outs open and how can you have a self-checkout with a belt? it doesn't work. how can I check out if someone else is still bagging? Just dumb.

I will be calling corporate headquarters to discuss my uncomfortable experiences at this store. Firstly, the store smells like fish and it’s upsetting that I often feel profiled when frequenting this location. For instance, the security guard watched me drive off in my car tonight and as an unaccompanied woman, I found this highly inappropriate and uncomfortable. It should go without saying that stores that profit from the public have a duty to treat the paying public with respect unless there is a valid reason not to. I hope management can address this and work to create a welcoming environment for customers. I am dissatisfied with my experience here and have come to expect more from the Kroger brand. The Krogers I frequented growing up in more suburban neighborhoods are more professional. As someone who is new to Atlanta, this Kroger leaves a foul taste in my mouth.
Like I said, I will be flagging this up to corporate headquarters. I expect they will embrace feedback from a lifelong customer about some of the misgivings at this particular location.

Bizarre. Doesn’t ever honor the sales they have on their app. Bakery cake slices have increased by $0.50 in just a week!

Employees need customer service training. Very rude service from the child "running" the fish counter. Was insulted with profanity as I was walking away.

Dear corporate, I will never shop at ghetto Kroger again. The employee sitting in a chair at the customer service desk rudely told me she doesn't ring up any items for customers. I only needed to purchase one gallon of water. The only lanes open during a lunch rush were self checkout but the long lines were extending into the isles. There is no excuse for this level of poor service and lack of appreciation for the people who are the reason they get a paycheck. I will shop at Publix or anywhere other than Kroger stores. It's unbearable to tolerate the smelly beggers at the door anyway. Additionally, at the other local Kroger, some thugs in a black sedan thought they were going to rob me while I was sitting in my car eating & getting fresh air on the upper level parking deck. I had to flee for my life. There is broken glass in parking spaces up there from previous robberies. Disgusting!!!

Drive up service is not effective. I have ordered my groceries on the app four times recently and EVERY TIME at least one item was incorrect, inedible (received bad/squishy produce multiple times) or canceled without substitution or notice. I always select "substitute with best match" and EVERY TIME an item was excluded and I only found out because I started checking my bags. It is a shame because the service saves time for many people, I am sure. I might as well start buying my rotting produce in the store from now on!

Ideal store for yours everyday foods, helpful workers, good products, prices are reasonable and fresh vegetables, seafoods are fresh and reasonable prices. Also to our Veterans Kroger gives our Veterans our very much deserved due. So do some do not. We Veterans did not fight for a few States but for ALL STATES. I Say this be-

Who wants to shop at the Kroger on Howell Mill where there are security people profiling you, and following you around the store with their cameras and beeping loud noises on the aisle you are on, since they assume you are a thief for no reason other than the way you look?

Every time I come in this store the customer service is horrible!!! The two ladies with the short hair cuts that worked on 8/30 at night was horrendous!!! The way they talk to the customers around the store and in the line is just insane! I will be calling the corporate office on Monday morning. We spend our hard earned money here and should not be spoken to that way at all!!!
