Horrible customer service. Something was in the wrong spot and associate said “I’m so sorry” instead of doing a price adjustment. I work in customer service, and that is just not how you handle that situation. I went and spent my money somewhere else, and ended up paying for, which was worth it for good customer service. 0/10

This is an old, gross, dirty Kroger. The produce is always limp. The customer service is nonexistent. It feels like corporate Kroger forgot about the location and is letting it die on the vein.

The store has some problems right now. I've always liked going to this Kroger, but the last couple of times have been pretty disappointing. It was not very clean. The fruit didn't look fresh. The displays didn't look organized. I'm a guy and not very picky on cleanliness, so this was quite noticeable. The prices didn't match the advertised price at checkout. I don't know what's happened?

Tired of coming here and buying expired food. Purchased a box of vanilla wafers that had been expired for 3 months and was still on the shelves. This seems to be an ongoing issue with Kroger and it’s becoming quite ridiculous. I’m sure that’s someone’s job to ensure there aren’t expired food items on the shelves and it’s quite obvious that job is not being done, at all.

Krogers keep getting worse and worse. Often they only have one cashier. And the staff at the self checkouts are under trained, slow, and not very bright. Even management seems unprofessional and not skilled. Also prices are frequently wrong in the computer and consistently it's always in the stores favor never in the customer's favor. I definitely do not recommend Kroger.

This is the worst Kroger I've ever been to. I wasted so much money here on food that was rancid on MULTIPLE occasions. Most recently, I bought chicken that had the most foul smell like dirty feet and rotten eggs. My other grocery bags also had the smell on it and it ruined all the food I purchased. I took it back to store to get a refund and had the WORST customer service. Not only was the customer service lady rude and dismissive, she was having a cashier process the refund and continuously yelled at and belittled her right in front of me the entire time.

Kroger has GREAT PRICES on organic fruit/veggies. LOVE THEM. I go super early, and they're not customer ready yet. Half the lights not on, folks still sweeping up, etc. If you open at 6am, then have the store READY at 6 a.m. anyways, that won't stop me from coming back 'cause they help me eat healthy & SAVE!!!

Manager lied about assisting with balloons after staff was ok with blowing them up as they have for years. Went to the Whitlock kroger and they assisted me with no issue. Sad how lazy people are to assit you but want you to shop in there store. Please fire Todd or whatever his name was.

Terribly rude employees. If you ever need a money order as I often do for work errands, go ahead and save yourself a headache. Make that drive to Publix— or literally anywhere but here.

This Kroger store has the lowest ratings of any location in Cobb county. If you’ve ever attempted to shop there it becomes immediately clear why that is as they’re always out of stock, the deli is always closed when they should be open and they’re constantly understaffed. When you try to address your concerns with management you’re given a bunch of excuses that amount to “it’s hard being a retail manager”. Yeah it is hard, but when every other location in your area is clearly doing a better job of it than you are maybe at some point Kroger senior leadership should realize that the problem is that this store needs leadership that is up to the task. I’ll be going to a different location until they get that figured out.

Very poor customer service. My wife loves shopping at Kroger, but we will not come to this one. Cashier let me stand in line and get all the way to the front and then tell me he was closed.
