However, the store could use more consistent cleaning, especially in the shelves, cooling/freezer sections, and dairy cases. The manager, Ms. Booker, provided exceptional customer service for a complicated online return situation, demonstrating patience, flexibility, and accommodation. Another manager, Maurice, was praised for his professionalism, attention to detail, and great work ethic, ensuring a fantastic shopping experience. Customers are advised to be cautious when buying house plants sold in decorative containers without drainage holes, as the plants may be sitting in water and developing root rot. On a positive note, the store was found to be very clean, with friendly and professional staff, and clear pricing information.
