This Kroger pharmacy never has my prescription in a timely manner and NEVER answers the phone.

Made an appointment online for a flu vaccine. Showed up at appointment time. Waited 10 minutes to talk to someone and was told they are out of the vaccine. Why have appts available if you don’t have it? Slow and not too friendly in general.

Today I asked the pharmacist about the cost of pseudoephedrine at different durations so I could compare the cost She was not only totally unable to do any kind if multiplication to work out how long a given number of pills would last if they were six hours vs twelve hours, but could not even follow an explanation of how to do the math. This person counts your pills and issues your medication. Please go somewhere else, that kind of blatant inability to do simple math in a pharmacist role will kill you if you have any serious medications.. To save your life, please never, ever go to this pharmacy.

Customers service is down literally we are all standing here waiting patiently to get some type of service and no one is coming to the register. I spoke with the store manager Bryan and he was of no assistance. He decided that bagging was a priority over helping eliminate a line of customers who are patiently waiting for assistance. Visit the Dunwoody location for your Kroger needs because this place isn't it.

This is the pharmacy that I use and they do try their hardest, they are extremely busy. I have had overall good experiences.

Don’t use this Kroger pharmacy. I don’t usually write bad reviews, but this is hands down the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. I am a loyal Kroger pharmacy user at another location (Steve Reynolds, which is great), but as another reviewer said on here the “level of incompetence is impressive” at this Chamblee-Tucker location. In the past five days, they have messed up five prescriptions for me, two of which I needed urgently (and didn’t get) after surgery. We have been given the wrong information, received bad customer service, and experienced zero willingness to help from any employees. I know times are tough but this seems like a management problem, because it’s happening with every employee we encounter at this pharmacy. I will no longer use them and am considering removing all my prescriptions from Kroger as a result.

Terrible pharmacy. Moved my prescriptions here from a nearby CVS that was slow, but this place is ten times worse. They basically just ignore everything to do with customer service and time frames. If you're supposed to have something filled by a certain date/time, it won't be, and then when you call after the time has passed (knowing it won't be ready) to try to expedite because you need it, if they pick up the phone, they'll tell you there's nothing they can do, it'll be ready when its ready....or rather, most recently, when this came up, as it does most times, I asked if they could pull in the ready time, expedite, since it was already past due, and was just given a curt "no". Definitely switching to another pharmacy.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. It is as bad as the reviews suggest. Probably worse. It has been a full 7 days and my prescriptions still aren't processed. There's nothing special about my meds - I've gotten them next day at most other places. They told me 72 hours which I thought was a bit absurd to begin, but I was new to the pharmacy, so I let it go. Now, a week has gone by and still nothing. I'm told it will be another 3 days. This delay was NOT communicated to me. I only found out checking with them. So if you don't mind waiting a week and a half for your medication, by all means come here. Also- I tried to use the online functionality and it was unworkable. On top of that, employees with poor customer service skills. Whatever is wrong with this place, it's certainly not the fault of the customers, but they have a way of making you feel like it is. I only came here because I love nearby and I go to this Kroger often. Going forward, I will make the extra trip to go to a different pharmacy. It is not worth it to come here.

If I could give this pharmacy a 0 I would. I had such high hopes in this pharmacy, transferred my prescriptions here from the Cofer Kroger in Tucker once they opened because I prefer shopping here, however the pharmacy is a MESS! I gave them the benefit of the doubt initially since they were new, but they’ve had ample time to get it together. Staff isn’t pleasant all the time, they don’t acknowledge when you’re standing in line or waiting in the drive thru, they somehow messed up something with my insurance and just expected me to pay the full amount, and my final straw was after just having a baby, waiting in line, the girl being rude, dismissive, and not helpful at all in regards to my prescription (that they said they couldn’t fill). Took it back to the Tucker Kroger and they’ve told me what needed to be done and that I can get my prescription the same day. Just a reminder, everything that looks good isn’t good, aesthetically very pleasing pharmacy, yet not a great place.

One should not rely on this pharmacy. They neither pick up the phone nor make your Medicine on time. I suggest choose another pharmacy.

Employees are great, Unfortunately they are way understaffed and that doesn't seem to be changing. It has made doing business here unbearable. Unless you have an hour to wait to drop off and and an hour to wait to pick up your Rx you might want to go elsewhere. I have moved all my prescriptions elsewhere.

I've used this pharmacy for like 4 years and have never had any problems, save miscommunications on my doctor's end. But it is frequently understaffed. I had terrible trouble reaching them by phone one day back in September--had to call multiple times and the hold straight up dropped me for a couple of them--and when I did get through the pharmacist apologized and explained that she was working alone and had to administer covid-19 vaccines alongside helping customers and answering calls! That's nuts in my opinion. Get it together mgmt! Anyway, I hate this Kroger but love the pharmacy so I keep coming back. I hope that gives an idea of how satisfactory my personal experience has been.

1. Get a paper scrip from your Dr.2. Drop it off.3. Go back a day or two later and pick it up.Everything is helter skelter right now with Covid going on. Some Pharmacists are working multiple stores, employees may have been hired just hours ago, etc., etc.Think sunshine and blues skies. It will get better.

My doctor didn't call in and authorize my prescription for heart medication. I talked with the asian lady pharmacist about what the deal about her giving me 1 pill until I could get back in touch with my doctor that day was and she said it's up to her discretion whether she charges me for a pill or not and she straight up told me she wouldn't help me. So she and I determined the scenario she and I found ourselves in was: "I had to pay out of pocket or I could have a heart attack"... she was fine with this scenario. I understand that it is expensive... I mean it is 4 dollars a pill.. She threw me away for 4 dollars... how much money does she make off of a person who has 7-8 meds filled a month? SO my point is if you EVER need their honest to GOD help... you WILL NOT be taken care of here. Also, they are constantly understaffed to the point that the drive through window is closed even when they are open on the inside. I would find some other place to get your meds unless you have no other options.
