This Kroger pharmacy never has my prescription in a timely manner and NEVER answers the phone.

Made an appointment online for a flu vaccine. Showed up at appointment time. Waited 10 minutes to talk to someone and was told they are out of the vaccine. Why have appts available if you don’t have it? Slow and not too friendly in general.

This is the pharmacy that I use and they do try their hardest, they are extremely busy. I have had overall good experiences.
