This pharmacy is HORRIBLE!!! It is always one problem or another. This last incident just broke the camels back for me. They CLAIMED that they gave me a 90 day supply of one of my medications, but actually gave me a 30 day supply. I tried to explain to the pharmacy that I only received the 30 day. He tried to INSINUATE that I was lying and trying to get extra medication. My insurance company tried to get the problem solved. But the pharmacy insist that my/their inventory was correct. I have file reports with insurance and Board of Pharmacy. Sad it had to go this far. I have requested that the cameras be pulled because I DID NOT receive a 90 day supply. Now I will be out of medications for SIX weeks if this is not solved.

The Kroger pharmacy at Greenbrier they are always patient and very nice each time. I love my Greenbriar Kroger pharmacy.

Lines are always halfway to the back of the store, never enough people on the registers and they always have half of the self checkouts out of service!Sale prices are correct 50% of the time so I have to check the expiration dates myself on the tags. You have just lost my business, I will be driving the extra 10 minutes to Publix. I don't care how close you are.

This is by far the worst pharmacy ever, The service here is appalling. Expecting and conformation of RX and/or pickup is non existence. I’m not going to even mention getting someone on the phone because you will NEVER be able to. I feel sorry for the seniors in this area who may not be able to go back and fourth (driving) as I am. I will say in person everyone seems nice but getting a Rx filled here is a task unlike other pharmacies. CVS definitely offers better service

Awful , atrocious and downright unprofessional services especially the sandwich shop and the rude foreign short black ladycwith the uneven braids at customer service . Terrible and racist lady. No food employees with no training and asinine attitudes, how rude. We pay taxes over here too

The phones at this location have been broken for the past few months. I told the pharmacist and she said "sorry, understaffed for COVID". What? The phones are broken and I can't reach anybody when they fail to fill my prescription.

They NEVER answer their phone. Making me just go the store. Most of the times my prescription is never ready. Or they say they havent received it. I make so many blank trips to the pharmacy wasting gas and time. Yall gotta do better

This a great Kroger if you want to get in and out quickly. The parking lot is big so it's easy to drive in and out. I don't like how there's always limited buggies even when there are non outside there's none inside so where are they all going? If people are stealing them then they need to put a lock tracker on them once they leave the parking lot. Also they never have any of the small buggies which is annoying when you only have a few items. The shopping selection here is hit or miss some days it looks like whole trucks didn't show up because there's big gaps in the aisles with missing items. If you're looking for specific items then you should probably try another Kroger but for basic groceries and quick service this is the perfect location. And it is fairly organized.

Love this pharmacy! Customer service experience is always friendly and professional. Teddy is so awesome!!! She is very knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to ensure that you understand everything about your prescriptions, costs and etc...
