Popped into here for some quick groceries with my friend. Aisles were well organized and produced seemed to be pretty fresh. Prices are a little higher than what I look for but they certainly would have most of the items you would need. Staff was nice so I would not mind coming here again if in a bind.

Rundown with a poor selection. I have never failed to find such a large percentage of items on my shopping list as I did at this Kroger. It is also just dingy and depressing.

Excellent service and prices. The pharmacist took the time to call around to locate a very hard to find medication, even though they were extremely busy at the time. A+

Did not fill my prescription to the quantity my doctor and I requested. Causes extra time and hassle. Frustrating. Double check your prescription you pick up against what your doctor prescribed.

I noticed you aren't carrying the small 10.5 oz cans of Kroger Mandarin Oranges in Mandarin Orange Juice anymore. NOT happy! The Dole Mandarin oranges in the small plastic cups are DISGUSTING! HORRIBLE flavor - tastes like plastic, plus plastic is not a healthy thing. PLEASE bring back the small cans of Mandarin oranges!

A temporary-looking fireworks stand has just appeared in the Kroger Toco Hills location. It is out of place. I will not shop at a grocery store (or any other retail store) that has a junky-looking thing like a fireworks stand in the middle of the parking lot. I understand that this is a Kroger project. I encourage Kroger to get rid of the fireworks stands quickly.

I've been using Shipt to shop at this Kroger on and off for about 2 years. I think i understand why i get so many substitution calls when Shipt shops at this Kroger. Today I actually went to this store. I found that the previous yelps about the shelves being well stocked were not true. Stock outs alone are a good reason for a three star review, but that' s not why I am posting such a bad score now. I bought flowers today from this store. They were rotten mid-stem. Because of the packaging, I had no idea. So just take them back right? 20 minutes in traffic home. 10 minutes to figure out that the flower were bad. 5 minutes to find the receipt (gotta have that!). 20 minutes in traffic back . 10 minutes in the Customer care line waiting for the queue of lotto ticket purchasers (good luck). 5 minutes waiting for a manager (so much for empowering the staff). You would think the Manager would do a BOGO for my trouble. If not the manager who is there to take ownership and responsibility for quality oversight, poor staffing, poor training, or poor inventory management. "No we can't do that". Good thing I found my receipt. Yes that would have been a problem. Lesson learned. Good news. I did get a refund and I took it to Publix. The flower packaging at Publix shows the entire stem, the flowers are fresh and I saved 30%.

I am 77 years old, recently completed chemo therapy for CLL, have congestive heart failure, AFIB, arthritis in knees. I was discharged from hospital Thursday afternoon (pneumonia) having been discharged early since they need the beds for COVID patients. Yesterday I went for a follow up visit to my Primary Care Dr. who is also located in the same Toco Hills complex. After the appointment I went with a friend who is waiting for a hip replacement because I needed to pick up prescriptions. There was no motorized carts for her and the one I got showed fully charged, but then died when I got through produce and on to the bakery/deli. A very nice assoicate (sorry I did not get his name) offered to get me a replacement without me even having to ask. It showed fully charged when he brought it to me. But, by the time I got from the bakery to produce it died completely. This is an ongoing issue at this store, there are a lot of retirement homes and elderly people in that area, they need more carts and someone dedicated to keeping them up and they are well maintained. My preferred Kroger is the Sage Hill one on Briarcliff, however, they do not have a pharmacy. I thought they were going to expand into the space next to them and put in a pharmacy but that has not happened. For the time being they need to reopen the walk up window at the Toco Hills (LaVista) location so elderly people do not need to rely on motorized carts to get to it. They also need to increase staff and customer service there. I have been using InstaCart a lot to get my Kroger groceries, but there is a fee. and you can't use the coupons you send up through the mail with home delivery. (I saved over $10 in coupons when I shopped in store yesterday. But it literally almost killed me. I need to find someone to go pick up those prescriptions for me today now. Don't make me change to Publix.

I typically do not shop at this Kroger, but I was near the area eating dinner with my Mom and it was already 10 PM. They close at 11 so we felt it best to knock out my mom's weekly shopping at this location. My mom came in, but she can't hustle like she used to. I asked the Kroger employee if there was a chair she could sit in while I shopped. He was so kind and went to get her a chair in the office. I did my thing. When I was checking out at 10:59 I called my mom over to take a look at the groceries and make sure I got all she needed. The kind man then picked up the chair and brought it to my Mom so she could hangout next to me while I checked out. I wish I had gotten his name. He is very tall. Thank you for being you. We just might start going to this Kroger from now on. Also, it's not a huge store, which I absolutely appreciated as well. Nice varieties of food too.

Kroger @ Toco Hills is phenomenal. Always clean, shelves always stocked, associates readily available to assist. The cashier was very friendly and expedient in checking us out. I only regret that I don't get to shop at this Kroger more often, it is on the other side of town from where I live. I personally have never had a bad experience here. Never had to go to the parking lot to retrieve a shopping cart either. There were managers visible throughout the store during my shopping. Great store, great experience.
