Honey gets so much more service than vinager. If you bring a smile & say ? Sonya , Solomon , Beverly, & Cody will greet me by name or ask, " How can I help you? " Give your D.O.B. for pick up. Have your prescription (s) sent electronically. Have your insurance put in the system ahead of time. If it's not ready, shop. M-F for regular scripts. Weekends are a longer wait. ? ?

It's a good thing I can read. Are consultations, when they give you the prescription, not a thing anymore? They didn't ask if I needed to update any information. They didn't even ask for my insurance card. I had to offer it to them. She made a copy. I don't think they even checked to see if my insurance covered. They just claimed to have given me a "discount."

Oh if you want to die waiting for your prescription while holding a crying newborn, make sure you get Sonya at the pharmacy. And this is after you've already confirmed everything in the app and you received a message that your prescription is ready for pickup. She's the slowest associate I've ever seen, and she seemed to slow down on purpose after I asked her to help me out soon. She was literally making prescriptions for the one person ahead of me, one pill at a time. I could literally see her, she's the meanest one ever. If you wanna get any meds from here, make sure you ask for Beverly and there's this another guy who's name I don't remember, they both are amazing. But if you see Sonya, just find another pharmacy.

Store has went severely downhill from it formerly being a nice store. Now when you go in there, there are empty shelves everywhere, pallets of product always blocking the aisle that has not been put up to the point you can can barely walk down an aisle, much less take a buggy down one.Store is also infested with rats and has been issued a stop-sale order by the GA Dept of Agriculture. Kroger and whomever owns this store needs to get it together and fire every member of purported "management" over this place, including district and regional managers who have let it go on so long and reach this point.

Out of stock constantly, checking expiration dates to find stuff that won't expire in 2 days, potatoes constantly have flies on them and now I'm dodging the lady that shoves her kids in your face for money standing at the entrance while they cry.

I love the Kroger's store, the meat section, bakery etc The staff working around the store are friendlyWhat was the worst is that they have all these checkout line. Not one checker working them. I've come into the store multiple times at different times and it's the same. Only self checkout. I don't mind self checkout but there are times I want a checker. There are longer lines in self check out because of this and only one employee working self checkout. I've had her multiple times and she isn't very customer service oriented. It could be because she is the only one dealing with customers checking out. Krogers gets some good sales but I like sales along with good customer interaction when needed. Because of this I shop Publix.

Sorry but this is the worst pharmacy I have ever had experience of using. I live across the street and have been getting my prescriptions from here for over a year and I almost always have an issue. The only time you can guarantee service is if you stand in front of them and wait. Don't bother sending in refills over the phone or through the app. If there's a problem and they're not able to refill your rx, don't expect a call because they'll forget about it until you show up and ask for answers. I am happily transferring all my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

Called on Saturday to ask about refill and was told to call back on Monday or Tuesday. Called back Tuesday and was told that my prescription will be ready on Wednesday. Called Wednesday before driving over but was told they would have to order it now and that they would now have it either Thursday or Friday. I don’t understand why they couldn’t have ordered the prescription on Saturday when I initially called. I would hope that people dealing with medication would take more care to ensure timely fulfillment but it is extremely disappointing that such little care goes on at this pharmacy.

The Advertise how fresh and wonderful they are produces well I went in there today and I bought a great big bag of carrots big bag of apples and a bunch other stuff and when I got home I had to throw the carrots out the three or four carrots around the outside we're OK but the rest of the carrots were rotten but they were all over there I didn't see it when I pick the bag up and the apples were rotten

They are constantly out of everything. I have tried to go on different days, but it doesn't matter. The staff is terrible and not friendly. The butchers don't know how to fillet meat, if it's even in stock! I've been going here for almost a year...definition of insanity. Today was my last time going.
