The pharmacist was created when I tried to get my mideince right before their lunch break. This is the most ghetto pharmacy I have ever seen in my lifetime.
It seems the problem is internal and not customer related. Long hours possibly low pay. I would not recommend this pharmacy to a dog.

The staff at this pharmacy is super helpful, professional and courteous. They have a wonderful attitude and will help you with anything that you need. They are great problem solvers! I really appreciate them!

Recently tried to move my RX to this pharmacy because it was cheaper and got a text message that my prescription couldn't be filled until the day after it was due. I talked to 3 different people about the policy for filling a 30 day prescription during a 31 day month and no one could seem to understand that I was being made to wait an extra day. The guy, who I'm assuming was the pharmacist, barely heard my concern, brushed it off, and said I'd have to wait. I wound up asking them to inactivate\cancel my prescription so I could return to my old pharmacy. I'd rather pay a little extra than deal with that every month.

I made Kroger my "home" for pharmacy because I live two blocks away and can walk there to shop. But after a year and a half of disappointment, I still get groceries there, but moved my pharmacy of choice to CVS, four blocks away.Customer interactionThe person who normally stands at the register is simply unfriendly. That's all there is too it. I think s/he thinks s/he doesn't have to smile or act like she's in a customer facing business because s/he's always wearing a mask and a lab coat. But you can tell s/he's frowning by his/her eyes and the interaction the customer receives.TimelinessI have LITERALLY never gone there, ever, when they didn't tell me my order was "in process, and will need 15 minutes to finish the order." That's not that bad when you have shopping to do. It's only mildly inconvenient, because I have to stand in their line twice. But the point where I decided to move my business elsewhere was when I received a text that my order was being process and wasn't ready TWO HOURS later. I arrived at the usual desk and s/he's greeting (of course) was the friendly, "picking up?" with the same unfriendly, I-hate-being-here, I-wish-you-weren't-here greeting. I gave the credentials required and was told that it was "In process." The Asian dude who appears to be the head pharmacist intervened when I said, "I got a message that it was being processed two hours ago." He said, "Yes, well, we're very busy. It'll be ready in 15 minutes. Thank you for your patience..." before turning his back and walking away. I thought, "Okay..."It was that last comment that made me decide not to stay. I'll pick up my Rx somewhere else. This really isn't difficult. I'm a paying customer, and so are you. None of us should allow this petty, passive aggressive behavior enable them to make the world a worse place than it already is. Is it really that difficult to show friendliness and compassion for people who are picking up medicines for those trying to relieve physical pain, disease, distress, psychological trauma, behavioral health issues and whatever else is ailing them? Do we need to deal with more of this ridiculousness?Help yourself heal by heeding this advice. Go somewhere else.

My husband was on his way to the pharmacy to pick up a much needed medication for my autoimmune disease Thursday night, so I called and asked the pharmacist if he could please wait before he closed, that my husband would be there any minute. The pharmacist was rude, completely lacked empathy, told me no, unless my husband showed up in the next 20 seconds. I said I was only asking for an extra 60 or 90 seconds if he could please just wait. He raised his voice, said “we’re closed and we have families to go home to”. They closed at 8:00pm, while we were on the phone…my husband arrived at 8:02…he left without the medication even though the pharmacist was still there. I hope when he or someone in his family needs an extra minute and a little empathy that he encounters someone much nicer and more willing to help than I did.

For Hot Wheel collectors, I have to give huge props to this Kroger. I was entrenched in the Hot Wheels bin trying to find what I'm looking for and the manager, Mohammed, walks up to me and says, "Quite a pile you have there." Then shows me a section of Hot Wheels exclusives that had team trailers and speed machines which I had to limit myself to. If anyone from this Kroger reads this, then keep up the Hot Wheels and the amazing managers.

If you need medicine fast, don't go here. I've had multiple prescriptions sent here recently.Every. Single. Time, I got "It's not ready,we haven't done it, we don't have it, try again later." Sometimes days later.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I've been to. Customer service is terrible. They literally had 5 hours to fill my prescriptions post-surgery and it still wasn't ready. Pretty annoying when the techs are standing around laughing and joking. Very unprofessional and inefficient.

The Kroger pharmacy was excellent in helping me get life saving medicine prescriptions. Valerie went above and beyond to help! They were the best!

Disgusting, dirty and can't find one employee that seems to want to be at work. Produce is often rotten and not fresh at all. Bag salad lettuce is always pink never fresh. Always have to self checkout and the final straw for me was when they closed the customer service desk. No money orders, no lotto, no help at all. I'll be a Publix shopper from now on!!!

I would not even give them 1 star. This pharmacy use to be really great, excellent customer service. The last year or so the pharmacy should not even be open with the lack of skills and lack of compassion. These people are dealing with people's life's, how can you not care? I was waiting on a steroid enhaler for days, they never called to say we don't have it. All they had to do is call.A friend of mine that's a diabetic, same thing happened to him, he ended up in the Emergency Room, all because of the lack of humanity and the people at Kroger Pharmacy. Do your job and care just a little about someone.

Store needs a complete overhaul. Doesn't meet the needs of the area or caliber of Sandy Springs They have so many missed opportunities to be better you have to wonder if corporate even pays attention. They don't even have Apple Pay or coffee!!! No decent bakery.

One of my favorite Krogers! They usually have a pretty stellar stock if you know the best times to go, and the gas is relatively cheap especially with the points you get from groceries.

NEVER DO DELIVERY FOR KROGER. THEY CANNOT HANDLE IT. orders are never received the system is always down. You will also have to wait 7-10 business days for a refund and wait another 7-10 if the refund is not received! Save yourself the head ache! Also customer service thinks this is funny and cannot comprehend general questions.

Doctor told me prescription called in at 3:00 pm. I went there at 6: 15. After waiting 30 minutes to talk to someone I was told they still had not received the prescription. I went back at 8:45. The gate was open at 9:00 a.m. but they did not start customer service. Rep walked slow doing a few things and then got the register working. Now if you going into a bank the doors open at 8: 00 and customer service starts immediately. you don't wait for them to get things ready. To my complaint he said to me, "we open at 9:00 a.m." I lost days worth of recuperation, thus it did not save me any money going to Kroger.
