The lines are always long. Vegetables and fruits are mediocre at best. There are 14 self checkout but only 4 are available. Do yourself a favor and go 2 exits pass this kroger and go to publix instead.

Pharmacy located at 3425 Cascade Road in southwest Atlanta in dire need of training, they need to learn how to communicate with customers, especially the Asian female pharmacist; she will tell you anything to get you off the phone and she thinks everyone is d**** You better not ask her a question, you might never get your medication. Sad.

The store on cascade a headache .They need more lines opened. Each line was all the way in the back of the store. You shouldn't have to wait in line almost 40 minutes. Ridiculous. Will not be going back to that location.

Very unprofessional, prescriptions never ready on time. They say it’s ready and you arrive and it’s not in stock suddenly. Save your time and go to Publix.

I just went to krogger to return some bad food. Spinach which 50% of the time at Krogger will be bad. I also returned some macadamia nuts that's tasted rancid and some off the eaten path chips. When I stepped in Michllle was at the counter ready to battle. f you've ever returned anything at Kroger here you would know what I mean. The Krogger employees are always combative Michelle looked at the eaten path bag that was split in the back and said you purchased it like this . I stated the split wasn't as big obviously when I purchased it but when I got home and grabbed the bag it opened more. Then she looked at the macadamia nuts container and stated this is over a year old I can't take it back. I stated well that makes it worst as I have eaten some. Michelle said oh no you didn't buy it here as we clear out our shelves constantly. Of course I laughed at her misplaced focus and walked after demanding and receiving my refund. Of course I went back to the check only to find more expired 2020 product. Krogger routinely sells bad food and toys to blame its customers. Even after telling her that your wrong you have expired 2020 product on the shelves right now and telling her I took pics of them just now you would think she would have apologized right? NOPE!

I hate when pharmacies play switch board with their calls, after 4 people and 15 mins of holding I finally hung up. Just trying to transfer my BP meds to a closer pharmacy. Guess today wasn’t my day :(.

Excellent women. I’ve been coming here for years. The pharmacists are efficient, caring and helpful. I drive out my way to go to this particular pharmacy.

This is a review for the click list service provided by this Kroger... I ordered groceries to be picked up on Sunday afternoon. Unfortunately, I received a call from the manager stating my groceries would be 2 hours delayed. This was very upsetting to me because I had work that afternoon and was planning to meal prep before work. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. She was very honest and professional. She was also very apologetic. Unfortunately, things out of everyone's control happen and set a work day behind. It has happened to all of us, but while this manger was diligently working to address the issue she still took time out to speak to me and explain what was going on. We also came to an agreement on what would be the most convenient way for me to get my groceries (I saw she even wrote a note on my groceries for her staff). I asked if I could be compensated for the inconvenience and she eagerly obliged. Even though the situation was less than ideal the customer service was stellar. We need more mangers like her. I wish I remembered her name because she is a super star! Kroger give this woman a raise!

I have shopped at Kroger just about all my life. I even worked at Kroger as a teenager. I have had the worst experiences at Kroger 465 for over a year now. I truly don't shop in there often but each time I have, there is an issue. Let's start with presentation. Restrooms are never clean or working properly. Store is never stocked well. Customer service is subpar unless you get to a few of the workers. Customer service in general is horrible. Management is a complete joke! This store is better off being run by the hourly associates than the current management team! The last straw is, I asked a question of the assistant manager and he couldn't answer the question and so he called the police on me. I waited because I was never asked to leave the store nor my question answered. While waiting I learned that he had called the police on 5 other customers in this shift alone. What I know is this assistant manager and store manager really make Kroger look bad. I will either shop at the 2 competitors less than a mile away or travel to the "hood" store further up Cascade to get better service and quality product! Kroger stop testing your managers here!
