Don't bother making a vaccine appointment. They will make you wait for 30 minutes before even getting ready to give you your vaccine. We had to leave before we even got a vaccine because we had to get back to work.

I try to avoid this location at all cost however couldn't avoid it due to an wrens in the area. I just stood on line for 20 minutes for 5 lemons! Ugh Almost all cash registers were open as well as self check pay out and they were still long lines!!

Unfortunately, my rating has not improved at this location and going to a cashier has only made it worse. If nothing else, when working with a customer, just doing the basics such as saying "hello" should be the minimum one could expect- but not here. What went wrong? Only my checkout experience today. Self check line is always too long so today I opted for service on a very short cashier lane. No acknowledgement, eye contact or greeting should have been the indication of a painful transaction. Can I enter my Kroger ID before you finalize? Please TELL ME the total? - that would be helpful to hear once concluded or at-least let me know you can't speak and point to it... I do understand bagging is not what everyone enjoys but is that my fault? Why must I experience your disdain for bagging? .. and you forgot to bag an item(milk)... Looked at it and proceeded to ring up the next customer. I bagged it. Thank you.I am not at all trying to be difficult but I am frustrated that I continue to make the BIG MISTAKE of trying to patronize my community super market.

Worst Kroger manager I have seen this location real needs a change of manager especially if your read the other comments, she close the store earlier than posted hours, if the store is going to close at an earlier time the should post those hours and stick to them. I can all the way from the other Kroger on Cascade Rd. Because they were sold out if what I was trying to purchase and drove all the way here to make it before the closed to just be refused to be let in 11 mins. Before store closing time, I also explained to the manger how I just came from the other Kroger and just needed to grab 1 thing and she did not care I also told he I was going to put in a complaint with the corporate office as well as bad reviews online and she told me to go ahead. She could care less about her store getting bad reviews or corporate complaints against her. If she dose not like her job this much and dealing with customers and abiding by the set hours she should quit or the corporate so replace her.

Abysmal. Great quality produce. Great prices. The lines to pay would never ever happen in a different neighborhood. The lines go to the back of the Kroger. Unreal. Can't even blame the employees. This is done on purpose to continue to underserved the neighborhood.

I'll just say that there are a lot of different people that come here now. I hate this location now. It was better before Covid and before the two Walmarts were closed down. There are always long lines now.I plan to go to Publix more. It's definitely worth the drive.

I am very dissatisfied with the service I’ve received at the Kroger Pharmacy on 590 Cascade Ave SW, Atlanta, GA 30310 and have also experienced this at other locations. At many Kroger pharmacies I’ve called, you can hear the employees answer the phone and place it back down and mute the phone to get customers to hang up. I’ve experienced this too many times and no one should have to be given the runaround to receive medicine. For someone that is immobile, I am unable to go in and can’t always have someone drive there in time so I rely on phone services. I don’t know if this will be taken seriously because what big corporation does, but please consider if this were your parent, child or loved one in need of care and your paid employees are deliberately and passive aggressively denying service while being paid on the clock.

Horrible customer service. From cashier Alfredia On 4/25 1:16pm Cashier leaves the cash register as I am walking up, but her light was still on. I asked her if she was still open before I started loading groceries on the belt. She glares me and just look at light above her register without saying a word. She was very rude. And has very poor customer service skills.

I was visiting Georgia from Texas where we no longer have Kroger. I was thrilled to shop there and even though it was the week of Christmas, they had their stuff together.
