Needed to return some groceries, was told customer service attendant was on break for 20 minutes. Waited over an hour and asked where the employee was? They said she may have been stuck in traffic. Informed me no other employees could do returns. Absolutely horrible customer service. Choose literally any other grocery store.

I found they stocked actual HAIRSPRAY in the cooking oil aisle! There's no excuse for this level of carelessness and it's dangerous!

This store has really gone down hill. Today I went, many things had no price. I asked Kroger employee and was told I needed to go to the check out and ask. Two items that I placed my cart had prices on them that were much higher the the price marked on the self.
