They don’t stand behind their products. This happened after a year of use and the warranty department would like to charge $120 to replace the black handle.

Incredibly rude staff. I love Knoll furniture and always try and take the time to look around when I find a Knoll showroom. The lady that helped me seemed genuinely annoyed that I even had a question about where I could find a cover for my bird chair. Won't be back.

I was looking for a specific brand chair & ottoman & the interweb showed these folks as a possible vendor. They are not, however, the person I spoke with, Grant, was very courteous & informative giving helpful directions to for-fill my specific needs. Thank you.
