AVOID KJ’s Dicount Outlet-Poor Quality Unhelpful Service
I recently purchased three toilets from KJ's Discount Outlet LLC, and it's been nothing short of a nightmare. After having them installed by licensed professionals, all three started leaking profusely. The plumber confirmed that all the toilets were defective.
Desperate for a solution, I replaced them with toilets from Home Depot, which thankfully solved the issue. However, when I contacted KJ's to address the problem, their response was utterly unhelpful.
They suggested I bring one of the faulty toilets back for them to "check the issue."
Here's the kicker: none of their staff are licensed plumbers. So why on earth would I trust them to diagnose the problem when my own licensed plumber has already confirmed the issue? It's like asking a dentist to perform brain surgery.
It's evident that everything in this store is either damaged or returned goods, and KJ's is shamelessly reselling them without any regard for quality control. Save yourself the hassle, time, and money, and steer clear of this scam of a store. Your plumbing and your wallet will thank you.

False ads. Say they have tools and ceiling fans. Drove 45 minutes to get their. They had neither. Prices were also not that good.Edit: what a nice apology from the owner (sarcasm). After checking, the fans were advertised 2 days ago, Tools 5 months ago. Easy solution, delete your old ads. How am I supposed to know I should call? If you advertise it, make sure it's actually there, no matter the age of the ads

The new location is huge and very well organized, neat and clean. I got a 36” bathroom vanity with top for $100. Staff was super friendly and helpful!
Saved about $150 of what I would have paid for the same vanity at Home Depot or Lowes! Will return fro my next home project

You need to check this place out if you're looking for top rated Home Depot liquidation items. I've gotten wood vanities, tubs, shower doors, toilets, and many other top rated products at a very good discount from what you pay at Home Depot.The staff is excellent and friendly. It's a husband and wife team that owns and manages the business and I like that. I trust their word and have never seen an issue that wasn't fixed immediately.

Great choice when you are renovating, remodeling, or building a home. They have vanities, sinks, toilets, ranges, light fixtures, refrigerators, bath tubs, interior and exterior doors... the prices are great, and the selections are excellent.

Great place !! Very nice staff , prices are incredible!! Was able to purchase everything for two master baths for less than what it would typically be for one . They have shower pans and glass shower doors for huge discounts!!
