Kings truly has everything you need under one roof. The staff is very helpful and friendly! This family business has been around for generations and it shows- they truly know their stuff! They have hundreds of artworks to choose from and a huge showroom of decor and furniture. There's even a beautiful "gold room" full of antiques and imports from all over the world. I was amazed even just walking in there. This is a designer's dream resource. Everything you need in one place at great prices!

This company is run by fundamentally dishonest people. I purchased an HVAC system through their subsidiary company, Comfort Kings, which was sold to me as an arm of Kings Home Furnishings and I was told King's would stand by the work. Well, "Comfort Kings" is now "out of business" despite King's Home Furnishings being alive and well. Their personnel, Danielle specifically, informed me that they would not provide any support, or honor any warranty, in my contract. I was sold a 10 year parts and labor warranty along with annual service with my system, which they refuse to honor. If when I called, they had been honest and friendly, I possibly would have let it go. Instead, they denied any relationship until I forced the issue several times, then admitted it but basically told me to get lost. Terrible company.

Use extreme caution while doing business with Kings Home Furnishing. I recently contacted Kings regarding a defect I discovered in a piece of furniture I had purchased some years ago. I had the misfortune of speaking to Danielle the proprietor about my concerns and she became very defensive, argumentative, and accusatory without hearing me out. Minimally, I expected her to get full detail of the problem and serve as a mediator between myself and the manufacturer; however, she became more of an adversary. She argued points that were unnecessary considering she could have simply contacted the manufacturer with the facts and pictures she had been provided. The time and effort she put in defending her company and ignoring what I had to say she could have been using that same zeal to negotiate with the manufacturer on my behalf especially since I have done so much business with her company. After taking control of the situation independent of Danielle and contacting the manufacturer directly the problem was resolved to my satisfaction.

This was the worst furniture store experience I have ever had. The owner, Danielle, seemed great in person but after waiting for almost three weeks for my sofa and after inquiring about my order many times through email and phone calls, she decided not to order my sofa. She never put my order through after my inquiries and when I asked her about it she would say she'd order it in a few days but never would. There is definitely something off about this place and I am glad to have dodged the bullet of doing business with them. I ordered my sofa from another store and am very happy. STAY AWAY from this place!!

Beware. Our condo association used Kings, based on a reference from another association, to replace all of our common furniture in our large building - a very large order. We've had nothing but problems - lack of follow-up, employee turnover, lack of communication, incorrect items delivered (not even close to what was ordered), etc. a comedy of errors, honestly, that can't be just an odd incident - it has to be indicative of the overall operation. Maybe they were ok at one time, but currently have major issues - even upper management (part of the owners family as I understand it) were later assigned to our order were still totally clueless and aloof. The latest problem, today, is they tell us on delivery day that the chairs we ordered are no longer available - something they were suppose to have ordered 7 months ago. They aren't familiar with the products they suggested nor do they apparently have the relationships with their vendors one would expect. This company seems to be in need of a major overall in upper management or it may not be in business for long if others have the experiences we have. We've cancelled all outstanding orders and will be taking our business elsewhere.

After spending an ENTIRE day in and around Perimeter Mall searching for the couch of my dreams, I was about to give up. That is, until the following day when my mom had me meet her here, where they just happened to have exactly what I was looking for. It's a big space and they've got it jam packed with everything you could need for your home: upholstered furniture, tables, wall art, accessories, and an impressive array of chandeliers. It's a nice mix of traditional and not-so traditional pieces: think tufted couches, mirrored end tables, luxe lighting. Brands carried include Bernhardt, Drexel Heritage, Henredon, and Lexington. Prices varied quite a bit, but nothing seemed overpriced for the quality. Our salesguy, Travis, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the brands they carried as well as what was being sold at competitors and he was happy to deal with the sometimes crazy storm that is my mom and I shopping together. For special order furniture, I put 50% down today and will pay the rest when the couch arrives in just 4 to 6 weeks (impressive turnaround for a custom order). Note: there's a 4% surcharge if you use a credit card, so be ready to pay with a debit if you can.
