Ice cream $7 for one scoop, and it’s about a 7.6/10 depending on what flavor you get. $7 is outrageous for one scoop, that is high end restaurant priced. And even at a restaurant, you receive another delicacy with the ice cream.

This is a strip mall type of place. Limited parking but a nice set of stores.
I ordered the cherry bark, orange peel, and cookies and cream fudge.
There is nothing wrong with this venue or the staff. I just didn't like the products as much as everyone else.
The cherry bark is dark chocolate with cherries in them. Decent snack. The orange peel is chocolate strips with a gel made from orange peels in the middle. Too sweet for my liking. The cookies and cream fudge was extremely too sweet but it strangely doesn't taste like Oreos at all.

I've been coming to Kilwins for years...the one here in Brookhaven and the one in Atlantic Stations. It's seems they're standards of practice have declined since 2020 or 2021.
I only ever get one thing when I come, and it's the turtle style apple dipped in chocolate.
When I came in today I was told by the workers here (in Brookhaven) that they don't dip in chocolate. I told them whenever I come (which isn't often) I always get it dipped. They then said well if they did it'll take the chocolate warmer 30mins, 45 mins, maybe even an hour to warm up... Now we see the original lie. Anyway,I told them, I'd wait! I left and came back in 45mins, I was told they were still waiting.
I'm not sure when they started the machine...I'm not sure if they waited to start it or really just didn't want to.
When I received it, I noticed there wasn't much chocolate on there then what it was when it was in its original state. The point of asking for it to be dipped is to dip it, not drizzle little dots. I wanted it covered like the rest of the apples are covered with caramel. I don't know what the issue was... I just don't think they felt like doing it. They weren't mean, but clearly just didn't want to.
Either way I'm disappointed and will just continue to visit the one in Atlantic Stations or just forego Kilwins all together and make them at home like I used to.

Smaller but quality of chocolate is worth making the drive. When I'm in area I get dessert here first. Chocolate covered krispy treats, strawberries, great fudge.

Kilwins offered a perfect experience. The friendly staff recommended "The Perfect" Caramel Apple, which lived up to its name. The crisp apple paired perfectly with the rich caramel and crunchy pecans. A must-visit for any sweet tooth! 10/10 highly recommend.

This place was an absolute pleasure! Iesha, the manager has an amazing attitude and personality. The apples there are unique and delicious! The drink called the sunrise cooler is a must ! And you have to grab you a sundae!!!!! Please talk go and try Kilwins in Brookhaven out!

great service but it's a small Kilwins and they didn't have the coconut chocolate chip (my fav) when i went. they have fairly easy parking in the area, maybe a small walk. outside seating. decent prices but they don't have everything a normal kilwins would so be warned but it's a nice spot for ice cream and chocolate/fudge etc. i'll be back! the cone and the chocolate ice cream i got was delicious

Kilwins is a chain creamery and chocolatier spread across the states. They're probably most popular for their ice creams which come in many common flavors and a few special flavors. The best is the Kilwins mud which is like a better cookies and cream with caramel. Still, the ice creams in general are just okay but not that great. The chocolate confections are okay but a bit forgettable compares to other chocolatier options. All that aside this place will hit the spot and it does smell great inside.
