Ghetto! Horrible customer service. The store is late being opened. The manager is sitting in the back. The sales girl came out and closed the gate.. I’m guessing to get breakfast. Horrible horrible customer service .

The guy who assisted me seem like he does not want to help, at the checkout I told I want a black shoe I literally show him the shoe I want. He gave me the wrong shoe.

This was a different experience. The store didn't have my size available for the shoe I wanted to purchase no problem they normally ask wouldbi like them shipped. The gentleman never asked So I asked did he not want a sale he stated the shoe wasn't availablenonlinear. I stood in the store and purchased directly from the app. Poor customer service, I guess because he was helping out this store he wasn't interested in helping a customer only worried about his cellphone

I reserved & won a pair of Jordan 12s at this location only to not receive my shoes once I got there. The employees kept grouping up whispering & stalling, tried to offer me a smaller size shoe, then tried to make me wait 4-5 more days for the shoes to become available at another store. I’ve been told by different Footlocker managers that when you win a pair of shoes you are guaranteed what you have won. This location is 45 mins from where I live so the whole experience was a waste of time & unprofessional.

To be honest I don't know if the service is like this everyday but I went today and it was the worst service that I've ever had. I was with a friend and she was trying to buy something for her sister so we were waiting for someone to attend us, but all of the girls were just talking until a girl make another signs to another girl to attend us... the girl came, she was nice but after bringing the shoes she just went to talk again with the others, and I was trying to buy some shoes for myself but the girl never came back.

The sales associate was so wonderful and helpful. We bought a pair of shoes for my daughter and while driving home she told me mom you’ve gotta leave a good review for Jayla so hopefully she will get a raise! I told her that I would leave one and we get home and life happens and then at bedtime she reminds me again to leave a review because she said Jayla was so helpful & kind and made her feel so good when she told my daughter that the Fila shoes she tried on looked so beautiful on her :) thanks Jayla!
