I purchased a rather expensive jewelry set which I changed my mind on, and was not able to return it for a refund. It is unacceptable in this day and age to not be able to return items for a refund. It has been the default retail practice for the last few years and consumers expect it. If you do not allow refunds, your sales associates need to proactively disclose that before at checkout. The fact that it is included in the fine print of the receipt (which I received after I made payment) it not an excuse.

We stopped by the store to pick up a Christmas gift for my 14 year old daughter. The store was organized beautifully. The sales associate was very knowledgeable, but many of the matching sets were sold out. There weren't very many people in the store so it became annoying when the associate working with us would go in the back to find stock another one would stand guard over us repeating the specials of the day. I found a beautifully set they wrapped in a cute box.

Will NEVER order from Kendra Scott ever again!!! Ordered a necklace for my daughter and got sent the wrong one. Not even close to what I ordered. Been trying to reach customer service since Monday. Have not been able to talk to one person to fix this issues. Can't even resolve this issues with the live chat. Why is Kendra Scott customer service so busy? Are they messing up everyone else's order?! This is ridiculous! Have never dealt with a company with this kind of customer service. Would give zero stars but that is not an option.

Complicit in a parking scam. The shops in this lot have terrible signage on purpose to trick patrons into parking here and then booting their cars. Parking company was very rude and knew that the signs were deceiving. Parking attendant laughed as he removed my boot off my truck and said “should have read the fine print”.It’s a shame that these stores allow this to go on. Put up better signs and don’t allow this parking company to pray on your customers

My fiancé, her mother and I went into Kendra Scott looking to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday and redeem her discount. The customer service was amazing and they offered us complementary champagne and macaroons! We likes the options and designs for the jewelry. What stood out to us was Shantey(sorry for the spelling), who welcomed us when we walked in and assisted us with our purchase. She was so friendly! Thank you for the great experience.

I was in the store and overheard a customer being rude and mean to an associate, Mishi. She handled the situation with grace and composure. I was in shock at the customers attitude. Afterwards, she was very friendly and helpful to us. I wanted to give her a shout out and just say thank you for the help and ignore the rude ones!

This is for KS as a whole. I’m just in Atlanta so I am writing here to let you guys know not to waste your money. I’m a HUGE fan of Kendra Scott. I’ve had a lot of friends start wearing the jewelry because of my recommendations over the years. My Birthday was last week so I decided to use my discount to go out of my norm and purchase something that was a little more expensive. The Maddie necklace is on their color bar store and it’s priced at a base price of $80 plus whatever up charges you include for the stones of your choice. I was so excited to get this and wear it and tell everyone about my new Kendra Scott necklace. Well I would never wear this. It’s no surprise you see these all over postmark, mercari, etc. It seriously looks like some cheap costume jewelry. That was a big scam to try and sell something for that price and have it look so cheap. PLUS here’s the kicker, you can’t return or even exchange it. Not cool at all, because you can take one quick look at the necklace and see how fast they could swap out those stones the way they are faceted in there so gaudy looking.

I went in for my birthday month (a 50% discount off one piece of jewelry). They didn’t have the earrings in stock but the sales lady was so helpful and went out of her way to find them at another location and get them shipped to me. Super excited about them and thanks for the great service!
