Our doodle was a client for 3 yrs at Hot Diggity Dog and our first groomer was excellent - extremely patient with a big puppy that was a puppy mill rescue and was anxious and scared of everything. Our second groomer also seemed fine with our dog. Most recently with a new groomer, our doodle was essentially expelled during the phone call to let us know she was ready to be picked up because "she wouldn't let them touch her face." They had also charged us an extra fee ($30?) on a previous visit for having a "difficult" dog. They weren't rude during our final pick up and eventually said they could try grooming her if we had her sedated - which her first groomer had told us NOT to do. In the end, it seemed clear to me from the phone call and during pick up that they really didn't want her back so we aren't returning for services.

Hot Diggity is the BEST groomer in Atlanta. Our cockapoo had two terrible experiences with other groomers that left her trembling every time she walked in and out of a groomer. A few years ago, Hot Diggity’s owner, made a special exception for a new doggo client because she felt bad for our pup. And it took a few visits for our dog to stop trembling when we arrived, but now she’s tail-wagging and happy every time we pull into Hot Diggity’s parking lot! And she comes home looking beautiful with the exact preferences we asked for. We’ve been spoiled with how great the customer service has been and can’t imagine what we’d do without them!

I bring my dog Ramona here every 2-4 weeks for a shedding bath and nail dremel (she sheds CONSTANTLY). I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the staff taking their time with her and being sensitive to her anxiety around other people and dogs. She loves going in to see all of her friends, and is always so happy when we leave. I wouldn’t trust another groomer to handle her, plus she always looks so pretty after they fluff her out with their blow dryers ? Thank you so much Hot Diggity crew!

Refused our dog site unseen because his breed being “doodle-ish style coat.” He’s an Italian Lagotto, no doodle in him at all, but does have a curly coat. It’s really a shame since we’re Edgewood neighbors who live on the same street. 2 stars because at least they returned my phone call to tell me they wouldn’t groom our dog. Very disappointing

Amazing. Don’t hesitate and get on the wait list. It’s worth it. They are kind, thoughtful and considerate of our fur babies. I have been taking my pups here for five years. One was a senior with paralysis and they were so patient. They do great cuts and styles on my standard poodle. You get the same tech with each pup every time so your pup gets comfortable and familiar with them. I’m always notified if it’s someone different. Please give this great business your support.

We have the best experience with them for our mini labradoodle, Rosie! The staff is amazing and do a great job with her. The price is also reasonable and comparable with other nearby groomers. Thanks for all that you do! :)

So.... I don't have a dog... but I live next door and I see shabby dogs walk-in and adorable, well groomed, happy dogs walk out.... they also helped me get back into my house when I got locked out taking out the trash once.... 5 stars

Been taking my pup here for a couple years now and they always do such a great job. The staff is very friendly (especially Shane) and I love that they are a local groomer that genuinely cares for your pet. Highly recommend if you’re seeking a quality groomer for your fur baby.

My experience with this pet groomer was beyond frustrating. Not only did they provide subpar grooming services, but they also blatantly lied about the prices. I was quoted one price over the phone, but upon arrival, they hiked up the cost with unnecessary add-ons they failed to mention earlier.

This is the best groomer in town. They truly care and love your fur babies. Our first dog passed and they made a donation in his name to the UGA vet school. They do this for all their clients that go over the rainbow bridge. We have started taking our new dog. You should take yours to them.
