Kala in the office was literally my saving grace, she understood and empathized with me through the entire process of filing my claim and was my point of contact through out. I came thank her enough for her attention to detail and persistence.

We were so disappointed when our brand new car was rear-ended, but State Farm took care of us. Submitting the claim was very easy and Kelly's Auto Care did a great job repairing the vehicle. Anthony H. has been wonderful to work with. From helping me understand my life insurance options to most recently helping me navigate a potential claim around an a/c leak in my home. He provided me inspection options/recommendations, reminded me my current coverage plan, and has been extremely responsive and insightful. I’ve been with Kaitlin Ponce since I moved to Atlanta almost 7 years ago and have yet to be disappointed. Much thanks to everyone there.
