this has been the WORST experience I've ever had at a medical facility. I dropped off a sample and then once I was almost back home they called me and told me to come back because there was an issue. I then went back and spent 2 hours there yesterday because the doctor ordered an incorrect lab test and I had to sit there waiting for her response while the staff was not being proactive about reaching her at first. once she was reached they then realized that they dont have alcohol to put my sample in, so the lab assistant told me to buy alcohol from the pharmacy but then told me to continue waiting until he can find out how much alcohol he needs to put in the container. after realizing that he doesn't need me to wait around until he can figure that out he told me I could go home. then I got a message a few hours later from the doctor telling me that they dont have alcohol at their facility so I have to go back and leave another sample. seriously??? after I literally had to buy them a bottle of rubbing alcohol myself thats the message I get?! this is completely unacceptable and embarrassing on their part, I will definitely be cancelling my plan after this headache.

I truly wish all Kaiser locations were like this one. Mr. Pinera is an amazing person and absolutely made my day better; he is such a caring individual and is very thorough in the way he helps his patients. I also loved how welcoming/comforting everyone else was including Ms. Pressley who took care of me as well. I really do appreciate how my experience went and I will def be back.

My aunt suffered a fracture to her foot and we took her to this location to see the doctor. We met with Dr. Z (Zenobia Day-Price) and she was wonderful! She was a sincere and patient listener and addressed all of my aunt's questions and concerns in full depth and detail. She was very informative and put my aunt's mind at ease while also advising of her of likely treatment options once she was able to read her x-rays. She also informed my aunt of all additional labs, tests, and visits for which she was due and discussed them at length as needed. We loved Dr. Z and all the other staff we interacted with at this location. They tolerated our motley crew well, as my aunt always needs an emotional support group when she goes to the doctor.

Dr. Emile Pinera is the best! Great doctor, listener and advocate for his patients. He prepares treatment plans as necessary and f/u to make sure the treatment plan is working and to make adjustments as needed for your care. The best PCP and provider I’ve ever had! Recently went online to refill my prescription and have it sent to me through mail. It had no more refills, so it indicated that they would contact my doctor. They never did. So I had to contact the doctor myself. It was refilled, but only as pickup at the pharmacy, a place that no working person can get to most of the time unless they take time off work. I had been out of my medication for a few days because of this. I had place the refill when I still had about a week and half worth of medication left. This has happened more than once at this location.Kaiser claims to care about its clients/patients, but not enough to open on weekends. Heaven forbid!

The pharmacy they need to call the patients names loudly we were waiting until we had to approached and ask and she did I call you .We were seated next to the medicine counter how could we not hear .The front desk gentleman has always been nice
