Went in twice in two months. Had the same experience both times- I was totally ignored by the salespeople, one was playing on his phone and never looked up. Never had any salesperson ask me if I needed help, and when I did seek help, the salespeople made me feel like I was bothering them. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Dwight was such a Gem in assisting me on what to get my Son for the holidays. With his ever-evolving style of wear, Dwight came to the rescue. I didn't experience any upselling on Dwight's behalf as I kept him busy with the potentials & etc. The prices are not as expensive as I previously thought years ago. Anyone's budget could benefit from J&M that also offers other accessories, leather goods & luggage. After 30 minutes I opted for a Gift Card. I look forward to seeing what my Son creates & being stylish of course. Thanks again, Dwight.

Had an emergency with my bags and flight, and I had to shop for more clothes for a date when i returned home, and Jusef guided me to the perfect outfit very professionally, and I look 110% better than I would have before.

Quality has gone way down hill over the past 10 years, seems J&M no longer stand behind their product and could care less about customer service. I'd brought a pair of loafers in that were worn about 10 times.. color faded when they got wet and holes in both toes. Zack, with a interesting red beard from the ATL airport location could have cared less -actually told me the shoes were not meant for walking...! I have a few other pairs from the company that have held up but this will be the last.

I’ve been in retail for quite some time. I can honestly say recent sightings of outstanding customer service is rare. The guys at the concourse D Johnston and Murphy did an outstanding job providing 5 star service. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I would highly recommend that any time you are in the Atlanta airport that you pay them a visit.

Excellent Staff. Nice location. Ship to home option is great for those that do not want to carry home or for those that have no room in luggage.
