Its 2024 and your telling me that the POS system is stuck in the 1980s and you all cant track receipts wow this crazy that I was told my best bet would be to sell a pair of shoes online that I purchased for my son as a gift for xmas present… That is crazy and cant be a customer service solution to tell customers they are out of money and have to figure out what to do with product they purchased and cant do anything with it. The staff here is unprofessional and needs to be replaced. Where are the folks that take jobs because they want to work and truly are there to help when its needed or are those times dead ….. I guess I have a pair of 7.5 Panda Nike Dunks for sale starting offers at $125 I at least need my money back?????? Any takes on the offer and Dont ever shop at this location…. i sure the HELL WONT EVER SHOP AT THIS SNIPES LOCATION IN LIFE……

The employee here are very rude and nasty. They don't need to be in customer service. They walk around cursing in front of customers, don't know what they are doing or know the product. I've never experienced such incompetent personnel. I will never go back there again.

Extremely poor customer service, everyone standing around talking, and they see customers and will not help them, they don't greet you when you walk in, I left and went elsewhere, wasn't gonna beg them to take my money

Worst Customer Service girl standing at the door was so rude I asked her for help and she told me it was only 3 of them working today and went back to texting in her phone we could t get no help so me and my friends just walked about without purchasing anything we wanted some shoes but every employee that was in there just walk right by you and ignored us.. I wouldn't recommend no one to this particular store I'm from out if town and this was the worse experience I ever had to deal with from a shoe store they need better customer service skills and a better staff that's willing to help and that's loves dealing with customers.

Amber the Shift leader stated that the store closes 6:30pm when the mall closes at 7:00pm because they have to be out the mall by 7:00 pm so the question I have is when did the policy change, I shop faithfully at this establishment FAITHFULLY!!! And the lack of customer service that the young lady and other gentlemen displayed I’ll rather shop somewhere else NO CAP!!!
