I ordered online and picked up the parts in person. Prices were better than my local VW dealer. Only issue I had was one of the parts was mislabeled online, Edward took care of everything and got me the right part ordered quickly. He was even able to order a part that was not available online anywhere. I reached out to him and he was able to get it ordered. This is great option for getting brand new OEM parts without paying ridiculous markup prices.

Edward Mark Dron gave me the wrong bolt for my car. Very important, gave me the front bolts instead of the rear hub bolts like i asked for. Complete incompetence, Edward needs to get it together. Be careful if you get your parts from Edward. Make sure he gives you the part that you asked for.

I get my parts from Jim Ellis VW because they have the lowest prices around. When ordering parts before noon they usually ship out the same day and arrive super fast. My local VW dealer here in Augusta charges double the price for the same parts. Would recommend Jim Ellis VW to everyone.

I work in the Automotive Industry and I deal a lot with the Service and parts department. I can tell that not all of them are focusing on full customer service and helping him to fix the issues. I ordered online a cart from this dealership and shipping and handling arrived here with damage.
