I used to live in the area of this dealer many years ago, and while I've never purchased a vehicle from this dealer, I always trusted their parts department for all of my self-replaceable parts needs! They have incredibly competitive pricing, and their staff is always willing to help you find what you need.
About 5 years ago, I moved to South Carolina, but thankfully they also provide internet sales! I still always trust them for all of my parts needs, even if it means I have to wait for the parts to be shipped to me. In addition to the in-person support I used to receive, they provide incredible support for finding the right part by phone and email, as well! I highly recommend Jim Ellis Hyundai for all of your parts needs!

going on 3.5 hours for a fucking oil change that I made an appointment for. very poor service. Do not buy or go there for service, customer service is poor!

3 1/2 hours for an oil change. I’m patient but this was ridiculous, especially when people who came after me were all leaving before me. No one came to update me && after hours of frustration I ended up asking for an update, && my contact person Michael says “it’s ready, let me just finish up the paperwork “.(which took less then two minutes) I will be trying another dealership moving forward . ?

Service team is grossly understaffed, buried in paperwork. Once they get to you they are friendly and thorough. But plan on standing in front of the counter for 20 minutes before they can get to you

Excellent customer service! Ordered an oil dipstick for a Sonata 2.0T which has been very difficult to find the right part since it has turbos. After researching online for about two hours I thought I had ordered the correct part. Next day they emailed me stating it was the incorrect part for my specific car and gave me the correct part number to order. You just don't find customer service like that anymore. Highly recommend!!!

Do not bring your car here. I made an appointment 3 weeks out. When I got there I was told they would need my car for 1 to 2 days and they had no loaner or rental to provide. 3 days later, they still couldn't resolve my issues.Their response was "they are swamped" with customers. What does that have to do with me? I made an appointment, far out in advance, how did people get in front of me?Was also told the tech who was supposed to work on my car had quit. I wonder why. But again not my problem. How does this dealer not have an agreement with a rental car company? I have no way of getting around without a vehicle.

I took my Genesis for service on May 28. I was told there was a recall. When I finally got it back hours later, I was told they had to order the parts for the recall. I realized a couple of months later I had heard nothing. I texted the service advisor but no response. I left a voicemail but no response. I took it to another dealer who told me Jim Ellis had reported my car fixed which it definitely wasn't. They fixed it and I will not go back to Jim Ellis. I have been a customer there for many years and never expected such dishonesty not to mention unethical behavior. Very disappointed in what was once a great place to go.Also, my original appointment was with the new Genesis dealership. I had to wait a month to go. The day before the appointment, I received a phone call saying your car is too old. You have to go to Hyundai. He said 2017 or later Genesis. Mine is a 2015. It's a Genesis so what difference does it make that they made it a brand in 2017? It shouldn't. Another strike against Jim Ellis.

Jim Ellis Hyundai service department has become unreliable and unresponsive. I have had my car serviced there since 2012. At that time, the service was impeccable and dependable. On my latest attempt to use JEH for service, I made an oil change appointment. They were so overwhelmed with customers I couldn't even get checked in. I arranged to come back the next day and they never got to the oil change after waiting for two hours. It's such a disappointment to see this once wonderful service departing devolve into what it is now. I will not ever return.

Hard to tell if I'm being SCAMMED or not. This parts department is a total circus show. I ordered a skid plate on their website, and paid for the whole transaction including shipping, which was calculated at time of checkout. A day later, I get an email asking me to authorize an additional shipping charge of $31. Is this the scam? I don't know. So, I called the number in the email. It doesn't work. I then Google up the dealership and call them. The guy I spoke to said this is how they do things. I said I know he buys stuff online, and asked if he's ever been contacted after the transaction to pay for additional shipping? That's NOT how ecommerce works! This tells me their website is antiquated, and they have NO clue what they're doing. Also, on the phone, the guy told me they only use USPS and they charge by weight/size. Fine. I authorize the additional shipping via email, then I get a request from Paypal for the additional amount! WHAT ARE YOU GUYS DOING?!! THIS IS A TOTAL CLOWN SHOW. Better yet, I just checked shipping and it wasn't through USPS at all. I have a Fedex tracking number. We'll see if I get my part. WHY DO YOU EVEN HAVE AN ECOMMERCE WEBSITE IF YOU HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO RUN THE OPERATION?

This place is truly horrible - our nanny who struggles with her english has gone several times for an oil change - it takes over 4 hours every time!! Every time! Then they had an error in their system and tried to charge her when it should have been covered. Of course as soon as my husband calls - things start getting done - SHAMEFUL!!!
