Awesome staff, very enjoyable experience. From the moment we inquired about a vehicle Hamilton was fantastic. We had a few poor experiences at other dealerships after we were thrust into the car shopping experience due to a recent car accident. They don't do the go back and forth to get the best price game which I appreciated. Hamilton said, tell us what you want and I'll see if we can get there or how close we can get to it. He wasn't wrong - they got to where I needed to be and the entire buying experience was a joyful one. They matched a dealership that was a 3 hour drive so they saved me time as well. I very highly recommend this dealership and Hamilton as a sales rep. No pressure, down to earth, knowledgeable and very helpful in answering all the questions. We were even able to get the car before we got the reimbursement from the insurance company with an agreement. I got the payment a couple of days later and now the car is ours. Do yourself a favor and look them up if you are looking for a new (to you) vehicle! Thanks again - we love the 2024 Tucson XRT!

From the time I walked through the door the experience that i received from Jason and Chris can't forget Harby what I thought would be a stressful process turned into a smooth and educational one at the same time. Thanks to this team they helped me step out of a comfort zone. Highly recommended especially when full of uncertainty!

This review is for the SERVICE DEPARTMENT.
I am absolutely disgusted by the service I experienced today and will never bring my vehicle back again. The only reason this review is getting 2 stars is because I had a good experience purchasing the vehicle a couple years ago.
Service tries to upsell you on ANY and EVERYTHING. Even for essentially a new car under complimentary maintenance it’s first 36k miles. Phyllis comes out to greet me and I let her know I have an appointment. The appointment is for the factory included oil change and I was coming in because Hyundai sent something in the mail advising of a recall that affected my year and model. Something about the software on the computer battery system needing to be corrected or upgraded.
Phyllis tells me the oil change complementary but the fuel additive and engine cleaning (or whatever the exact service is) that is necessary with the oil change will cost me $120 and change. I declined and said no thank you. She says next what about a tire rotation. I say no thank you because I have a package with Discount Tire that does rotations for free and covers road hazards. She tells me the tire rotation comes with the oil change. Fine I say go ahead.
She then at the computer says my car only has a 36k mile warranty for something that is supposed to be 60k or something. I asked if she could speak or connect me with someone in the front of the dealership who could explain further and she says can fix it. She tells me no and that I need to speak with F&I (finance department). Fine. I just want to get out there at this point and get to work.
Then the paperwork comes out for me to sign and it says $160 (or something close to that amount). She says I won’t be charged that but they have to put it on there to get credit. I tell her I’m not signing anything that says I will need to pay, she advised I need to sign the paper, so I cross out all the prices, write $0 since my service is supposed to be free and then sign it. Phyllis didn’t like that. Not my problem.
Then almost the entire day goes by and I hear no update. Nothing. I text the number she texted me from. No response. I call. Voicemail. I text again. Nothing.
I call to speak with the service manager. “He’s left for the day.” I ask to speak with anyone else except Phyllis, the person says no. She is the only person who can help me, transfers me, voicemail again (shocker). I call back and ask for the GM of the dealership. The front desk transfers my call so I left him a message. I try one last time to speak with anyone at the service department and the lady on the phone tells me she can’t get up to get anyone because she is in a different area so will need to transfer me to Phyllis. Or she can transfer me to the service manager who I was already advised was gone for the day.
At this point I tell my wife, we are just going to the dealership to get our vehicle. Of course when we get there the care is sitting there ready but which it was probably done for hours.
For the icing on the cake, when I go to check out with Phyllis the final invoice shows $55 and she cuts me off before I can say anything and tells me I know it says $55 but no charge we have to put that on there. I just want to get out of there, so I sign and she gives me my keys. I should have crossed out the $55 and wrote $0 because at this point it wouldn’t shock me if Jim Ellis service contacted me saying I left without paying my bill!
Do NOT get your car serviced here I’m warning the public.
Oh yeah forgot to say as I was walking inside in the morning, I hear a salesperson telling a customer that he needs to get an alignment because it’s been 15,000 miles and if he doesn’t get it, it will cost $2,000 in damage to the vehicle. I had an appointment to get my car serviced yesterday. The appointment was as for 925. I got there at 0800. I was told I would have to wait because one was working on something for a customer who was coming in at 1030. And the other 3 were chatting with customers. I waited until 0815 and then left. I as already late for work and there was no telling how long I would have had to wait. I know have to take a day off from work to take it to another Hyundai dealer to get it serviced.
I called the service manager but of course they did not call me back.

Despite not being a successful visit, the older lady did a fantastic job of explaining and helping out with everything I needed. Recommended.

My husband and I have had a WONDERFUL experience here. We bought a ‘24 Kona with everything I wanted and Jake King made us feel very at ease speaking with him and answered every question we had.
