If there was an option to elect negative stars, this place would deserve it. I’ve used this place infrequently but I’ve observed them ask certain patrons for up front payment while others can drop off and leave. The man chastised me once during a drop off just because I had not used them in a year following my first visit. I work remote and have little use for suits and attire that require dry cleaning. I had recently dropped off garments that only required patches sewn on. Upon pickup, I checked over the items to find the shirt pocket of one garment was sewn shut. I had given explicit instructions on what I wanted but for some reason they didn’t use common sense and sewed the pocket completely shut. When I asked for it to be fixed the guy insisted I sit in my vehicle which I declined. He attempted to tell me that the instructions I had given weren’t clear for his wife but anyone with a few brain cells would clearly see an issue with sewing a shirt pocket shut. Then I asked for the return of a patch that I asked be replaced and the man and his wife dismissed it claiming customers never want the old patches. Like many, I’ve worked in various customer service based jobs. I honestly hate the “customer is always right” motto but if ever it was needed was here. I repeated asked if they could retrieve the patch or look in their trash and it was like speaking with a 2 year old child. They wandered around pretending to look for it and repeated “customers don’t want the old patches” again, dismissing my request for my items. I expressed my issue civilly (as there is no need to act out) and left. I will not be back and had I read all the other negative reviews, I would never had patronize this place. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else for your dry cleaning and alteration needs. Plus, $27 to see on a few patches is outrageous.

Left 2 shirts there last month. I lost my ticket. I should be in their system. They tell me that they don’t have my clothes and that I am confused. Trash business.

I used them in the past and stopped going because the owners were consistently rude. My usual dry cleaners has gone out of business and I had items I needed to be cleaned so I tried them again because I knew they did good work. I won’t go back. They are even more rude if that’s possible. One item had stains that I showed them when I dropped it off and I wanted to make sure it was clean. The wife yelled at me for wanting to check their work. Then it was the husbands turn to yell. I have an injured hand and folded some suits over my arm to leave the store and the husband screamed at me to hold them right. I’m sorry you don’t yell at customers. I will be searching for a new dry cleaners that doesn’t scream at me.

Pulled up in the parking lot to order pizza nearby. Hot summer day with babies in the car. We weren’t parked in front Of their store, we were parked two spaces down. I left my car running with AC with another adult, 3 kids, and 2 babies so I could run in to place a pizza order. I came back and the car was off with windows down. I asked my friend what happened. She told me the dry cleaner lady came out yelling at her and threatened to call the police on her because she was running her car in front of her business on private property. She said it was hot and the heat was coming in her door. We weren’t even in front of her door. If it had been me I wouldn’t have “obeyed” her. My friend turned the car off and rolled down the windows. It was over 100 degrees that day! If I want to run my car, whose business is it of anyones?!

So rude and racist. I will never do business here again. The moment I asked a simple question, he started to yell as if I were a child.

My husband dropped off two coats with leather sleeves and requested that the zipper in one be repaired. They charged him for all service when he dropped them off. We picked them up and the zipper was not repaired. This is theft.

I dropped off a lightweight fringed denim jacket (part of a suit) for dry cleaning and pressing. They asked that I prepay because it was my first visit. No problem. Picked up the jacket 2 days later and I saw when I got home that the jacket looked the same as when I dropped it off. Smelled it and no dry cleaning smell and the jacket had not been pressed as none of the fringe was pressed down. I ended up having to wash and press the jacket. They charged $6 and said low price for new customer but it pretty much looked like they just put the jacket on a hanger and nothing was done to it. I will not return.

We’ve been customers for ~10 years… very highly recommended!! The owners are kind, friendly, and happy to see us every week. The quality of cleaning is superb. We carefully evaluated all local cleaners and will never go anywhere but Jiles.

I don't like to leave bad reviews, but I will leave an honest one. My clothes were transferred to this cleaners because mine (Esquire) closed. I took 2 twin comforters to be washed. Was charged $25 each, and they wanted me to prepay. I told them I don't ever prepay. Went to pick up the comforters today, a Saturday, and no one was there. Just a temp sign posted saying, 'Sorry be back at 11'. I was not happy, Saturday has to be one of their busiest days. I waited 30 min for them to show up. They arrive; why couldn't one of them have stayed to run the place? I pick up my order and give them my card. I ask how much to clean an additional comforter, she replies and promptly charges it on my card. Forcing me to prepay. I was livid, and she acts as if she doesn't understand. That is it for me. Will be going elsewhere. I have heard good things about Martinizing Cleaners, Acworth, in the Butler Creek Plaza on Cobb Pkway.
