Jennifer!!!! Thank you so very much for working with my husband and I through the process of selling our home. I cannot say that this process did not come with stressful moments, HOWEVER I can say 1000% that Jennifer was on it ALWAYS! She was proactive during each step of the process. We never had to wonder what was going on or what was next. She made sure to keep us informed and she never missed a beat! What can I say about Jennifer Houston realtor… she is amazing!!! She helped my family find our first home. She is always available to help and answer any questions that you may have! As a first time homebuyers there was a lot of things you don’t know until you start looking for homes. I had been looking for someone to put in the effort and not just say here look at these and we will just do this and that!!! She was so helpful and went above and beyond. She was straightforward and upfront about getting things started. I couldn’t have been more blessed to find her and have her assist in finding my family’s first forever home. I would give Jennifer 10 stars ⭐️, if I could! Jennifer is the REAL deal in real estate. My husband and I were able to locate a home and be under contract in one week with Jennifer’s diligence, professionalism and expertise. This is definitely a sellers market but Jennifer was not dismayed. She made sure that our offer was the best and quickly considered by the seller. She advocated on our behalf, held our hand throughout the entire process and constantly communicated withus.Jennifer called me almost a year ago and said that I have a lot of equity in the home, that I purchased with her help in 2009. I thought about it and now a year later with her awesome lending team my husband I were able to purchase our new home with the equity of our 2009 purchase.I need to also mentioned that in this crazy real estate market, she was able to secure TWO offers for us and this allowed us to be able to choose the home of our dreams.We are also looking forward to working with Jennifer on the sellers side. Ms. Jennifer helped us secure a new construction home in a pandemic at pre-pandemic price. We were set on new construction and as hard as it was, she made it happen. We are first time homeowners and were probably her most challenging customers to date but she remained committed from contract to construction to closing. Due to the pandemic, the process was longer than we expected but she made the relationship personable and worked to make sure our home was perfect for our family. We are grateful, she helped make our dream of being “new construction “ homeowners come true. It was all so worth it.
