My visit was short. Great conversation with the janitor who was also helpful in finding a late hour chicken dinner! Thank you ! Lounge was not busy - very clean and comfortable. Stop in if you have time.

Always great. Lots of room, very busy. Snack and drink selection good. No 'Hot' Food, food court downstairs as well as toilets. Only challenge is having to go back through TSA if you are waiting for a long connection.

Very nice ladies on staff, nicely set up. Sadly, it is outside the terminals and does not have a bathroom. You must go to the restrooms in the terminal. If you have enough time, it’s a nice quiet place.

I understand this service is volunteer driven, but since when does a USO at a major international airport close at 6PM on a Saturday? Since when do they do not have 24/7 hours? Do they think service members and their families just stop flying in after a certain time of the day???….Not to mention the location in the airport makes no sense, it forces you to have to go through security again even if you’re in a layover……need to do better at ATL.

It was an awesome experience visiting the USO with my daughter. I was soooo glad to see how well the military was treated. Thank you for allowing me to come and enjoy the complimentary food and drinks.(I need one of those recliners at home. Lol)Love the USO!!!

Not great, outside of security. Lady at the front was aggressive, she kept requesting for us to sign in as if we had been there before. NO FOOD just cookies and soda. Only recommend it if you are trying to get away from the crowds

Great place to relax before your flight. Recliners, game room, and a staffed kitchen to attend to all your needs on this layover. The free Wi-Fi and computers keep you in contact with all your apps and email. Friendly staff made up of volunteers make all the difference!

This is the worst location to have a USO. It is located in the main area you don’t even need to have a plane ticket and go through security to get in. However you do need to go through security if you decided to visit this USO during your layover which makes ZERO sense to me. The USO is for military and family to use during layover time in the airport we took a 14 hour international flight we had to go through security to get to our layover flight, I asked 3 different people who work at the airport if we need to go through security again if we went to the USO and where told all three times no we wouldn’t. Well that is incorrect information, security takes at least 30-45 minutes to process through and it doesn’t seem productive to go through security once and take the train to the end of the line walk all the way to almost exit the airport to get to the USO and then have to go through security again. That is almost a 2 hour ordeal that seems very unnecessary and not convenient for military or there families to take advantage of the USO that is supposed to be there for people to be able to relax in a lounge setting between flights. Why have a USO at an airport if you don’t even need to have a plane ticket and go through security to get in so you don’t have to do that when leaving the USO to get to your flight.

Retired/medically discharged/disabled can’t use this facility if active duty is there, and it’s not even real active duty that’s uniformed, it’s airmen in polos and kakis that aren’t allowing us to use the facilities. It sucks because you can’t even use the bathroom or get a bottle of water. The front counter lady was a small white woman that would not let me talk or enter the facilities when I showed her all my IDs. She was rude and inconsiderate. I visited at 12 PM on June 24th of 2023

What a Great Place! The hosts are Great Americans offering to help in any way to support their guests. This lounge offerers everything: refreshments, caffeine (coffee & coke products), WiFi (better than airport"s), counter top tables with power ? outlets, different zones for socialize, work or rest. Stop in - you will be happy that you did! ?

LOVE the USO! Such a great veteran’s support agency and they truly value and honor our veteran community. Love that they will take care of you when you’re traveling.

Whomever the lady is that worked in the morning on 3/17 ( selena if i overheard right ) should have a bit more compassion and maybe get a better job that she loves. My military id expired last month and i presented her my card and told her that i do have paperwork, medical cards that show active and date, but was denied entry. She told me that what it have wont show active even though theres dates on my cards. Instead she pointed out a website to me that showed that “they are a charity” we understand that you guys are volunteers and that you probably dont get paid to be here but a not offering any help or leeway is crazy. You can see i hardly do negative reviews but i think this one deserves it being that this lady represents the face of the USO at this location.

In my time of need it is closed and does not open until after my flight leaves. All night long military people stopped by and it was closed. I'm so disappointed. I have been a member since 1979 and the USO was there for us. ALT USO is a bust when we needed it.
