I cannot recommend Jazzy Pawz enough! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. My dogs, Snowball and S’more, can be quite nervous around new places, but the staff at here immediately put them at ease.
The facilities are top-notch, clean, and equipped with everything needed to pamper my fur babies. The grooming session was thorough– both my babies came out looking and feeling fabulous! The attention to detail and the gentle care they provided was evident in the way they happily trotted out.
I was also impressed with the range of services offered, from grooming and nail trimming to luxurious spa treatments. The staff's professionalism and genuine love for animals shine through in everything they do.
Thank you, Andrea, for giving Snowball and S’more such wonderful experiences. We will definitely be back and highly recommend your services to all pet owners looking for the best care for their furry family members!

Very poor phone etiquette and unfriendly. The employee on the phone was very short with me and said she was unavailable to help me make a reservation and would call me back in 2 hours. This business needs training on how to interact with clients in a professional and friendly way. I have had their services before with good results in my dogs nail trim, but I will not be back again for future services.

Apparently they don’t take dogs over 8.. never heard of something like that before, seems pretty discriminatory. If you’re gonna make people go through the effort of only using an online platform, maybe make that a bit more apparent up front.

Cherri did a great job with our dog Milo, it was his first time being groomed outside of our home and he looks amazing! We got him bathed and blow dried.

Very nasty attitudes. Customer service is so terrible. I took my dog here in October for his a cut and wash, first time in Atlanta. The rules state you have over an hour to pick up after wash is complete. Once complete the groomer calls saying my dog ended up being the last dog of the day so I need to come immediately.He was cut shorter than I wanted but he looked good so it was fine. The groomer stated he needs to be ‘handled more’ so he’s comfortable with having his face cut. My dog is four and has always been well loved with no complaints at the groomer. While rubbing him a couple days later I noticed his whisker bumps were seriously inflamed. After a lot of worry and taking him to the vet ($150 later) they say that area of his face was irritated and affected from grooming, they may have cut too close or a number of things. I feel as though the groomer was rushing since he was her last dog and since she is a stranger to him, he was a bit fearful. Instead of taking her time she rushed, resulting in my dogs whisker bumps being severely irritated.After dealing with the vet, I forgot that I scheduled recurring grooming appointments and that my card would be charged. I got a notification 24 hours before his next appointment scheduled. I tried to cancel but the site loaded errors, blank pages, and was all around not working. I called to let them know on the day of appointment when I had time, and the women were extremely nasty. I told her of my issues and then told her my appointment time. She and the others started laughing and said “that’s why, you can’t change it the day of.” I let her know that I tried the day before as well and she said “oh well I’ve been by the phone so you haven’t tried to call. You’ll be charged full price.” I refused to deal so I hung up. Immediately after, four charges were made to my card on file from Jazzy Pet Spa. A shame. Will tell everyone I can how disgusting their service is.

Jazzy Pawz has been grooming my baby since he was old enough to start getting groomed. I am extremely sad about having to find another groomer due to relocating out of state. I hope to find someone as caring & patient as the Jazzy Team. I get anxious about leaving him with people but I never worried about him in their hands. Tips to new clients please don’t rush them if if it’s taking longer than usual it’s probably due to your fur baby being stressed & they are taking their time. My baby use to take a little longer when he first started but the more he went he got use to it & it made the service easier for both him and the groomer. If Andrea is booked please go see Tyra. We will miss this team so much !

My husband and I love taking our dog to India’s Elegant Tails at Jazzy Pawz! India always does a great job keeping our fur baby pampered and so handsome! She is also great about communication when it comes to picking him up once he’s ready (even sending us some adorable photos of him like these) as well as making sure he’s groomed how we like! We always know our good boy is in great hands here! Thanks India!

Definetely not a good experience. We’ve been customers for years until today. The staff was extremely rude and passive agressive. Charged us $100 for leaving his ears full of knots. Not what it used to be, never ever ever ever coming back.
