My first home buying experience was very smooth! Thanks to Mrs. Jackson being there to help along the way. I had many questions and concerns regarding each home I looked at. But I thank her for her patience with me since this was all new to me! She definitely is one the best realtors anyone could have. She is very knowledgeable, swift, dependable and very personable. I honestly can say all of my worries of finding the perfect first home for me were put at ease. She went above and beyond to help me check everything off my list that I told her I wanted in a home! What an awesome experience she created for me! She’ll definitely be my go to realtor for future home selling/buying.

Jackson-West has helped me in so many ways. First let me start out by saying that communication from this company was far greater than expected. I was informed, called, emailed and texted about everything in a timely manner. No matter the time or the day all my calls were returned.I am big on customer service, Jackson-West Realty went above and beyond in helping my husband and I with our first home buying experience. I honestly can’t say enough good about Jackson-West Realty, if I ever buy another home in the future I want Shana Jackson with Jackson-West Realty to walk me through this process again. It's hard to put into words how much I value my agent but I'll give it a shot. I spoke with a total of 5 different agents prior to working with Mrs. Jackson-West. My focal point on finding my agent was communication and knowledge. It just so happen not only Mrs.Jackson-West is an agent, she's also an investor too! She helped tremendously with the sell of the assigned property. Even through the set backs she was able to negotiate with the buyers walking into the minor problem, 3 steps ahead. Needless to say, the deal closed. I'm currently purchasing a property and guess what?..She's on it! Unfortunately, I'm having set backs with the property I'm looking to purchase and like I expected, my agent is educating, communicating, and providing me with different scenarios as to what we will do in the event we come across any additional concerns. As of today, I'll be closing the first week of March. I <3 my agent!!! ? See you at closing!

Neka was my first and plan on letting her be my only realtor for homes in Ga! Hear communication skills were on point, she always made sure I was comfortable in every setting and tended to my needs of what I would like my home to be like. She was always a phone call away (even late if I had a question) she was never rude and always had the upmost respect. Would HIGHLY recommend!!
