I've always been insecure and could not bring myself to spend the money to improve my self esteem. Fast forward after the purchase, I've received compliments from my peers and strangers on the outfits I brought from J.Crew. This is all thanks to a faithful encounter with their staff member named Delavon. Thanks to him, I can start loving myself a little bit more.

Even though the girls were bust doing inventory or something, they were keen on helping my me find pants for my dad. He's a hard one to please... but he liked what they had!

Terrible experience. Wouldn't exchange the exact same shirt and shorts that were never worn fully tagged for a larger size because I didn't have the receipt. Bought from the same location......The Manager specifically came over and stopped it from happening. Never spending a dollar at J crew again.

Store was having 70% on clearance and 40% on regular price. Stores are not too cluttered and staff were friendly.
