I took my new invicta watch to It’s About Time and they said my watch broke their tool. Huh?? I asked them to take out some links and when I came back to get my watch the man told me he wasn’t able to take out all of the links cause his tool broke. I then went to Pristine Watches who showed me they had broken one of my links smh. The man wasn’t even honest. Completely lied to me. I will never go there again. Thankfully Pristine Watches was able to do the job well.

Had A Ring ReSized, To A Bigger Size...3 Months Later, The Ring Breaks At The Very Bottom Of The Loop. They Won't Warranty Any Resizing, And Any Of Their Work. FYI

This place is a scam. None of their work is done in house. They take it next door to fast fix jewelry. The salesman acts like a jeweler is on site when he is actually transporting your precious jewelry in his pockets. I asked flat out and he lied me but I have it on video the other store fixing my diamond ring. BAD BUSINESS!!! Go to Fast Fix FIRST!!!

$50 to change a watch battery really??? And then when you say No thank you they change the price to $35. Not an honest company. Hey Yelp how about allowing a negative or 0 stars.

Purchased a charm 3 weeks ago woke up two days and the piece that holds my charm on my chain slapped while I was sleep so I went to a good repair shop and happen to check the pieces out and the lady that I talk with told me that the piece that holds the charm was regular metal and that my charm had very little gold in it. They are fraudin people with fake jewelery I tried to talk with them about it they deny it but I’m sure no one has a reason to lie about they’re jewelery being fake..

The manager is nice and the woman is as well but that young man is a crook trying to make extra cash. My chain constantly broke it happened 5 separate times with me paying $25 each time. The woman told me they would get me something different if it happened again. Of course it happened again. I go up there and the young man is offering to upgrade my chain for $300!!!! The chain I have is $180 so I'm like " no the woman didnt say it would be an extreme price like that". He gives me attitude because I didnt want to do it so I leave and decide to come back when the manager is there. I come back the manager is there but he is busy and the young man is here once again. This man offers to upgrade my chain for $180 alllll the sudden when his manager is in the store. At this point I realize the young man tried to make extra cash off of me. On that note I will never go back here I wanted a pendant but I rather go somewhere trustworthy.

Had them untangle 3 necklaces. NEVER got a call to p/u my jewelry along w/2 charms. I went back 3 weeks later, no ticket with how much they were charging me so the guy just thought to say 35.00 because they cleaned them. Even though I wasn't asked nor informed they do that. I go into the bag today, and one charm is missing. I call and he doesn't even offer to check. Immediately says "no" it was in one of your boxes and argues about it. They suck! Very unprofessional. And they need to be. Held accountable. BBB reporting rn!

The man was very nice. Nothin bad bout him. The girl though was on her phone the whole time. She was kinda freaking me out cuz all of a sudden she asked about random stuff. She asked me what kind of phone I have then she asked to give her my cell phone. I pretended that I noticed something wrong with my screen. Does she think I’m going to hand a complete stranger my expensive iphone? Then she offered me some 90 dollar chain and I asked her what the stones were. She said something but I couldn’t make out what she said so I asked again. She repeated in a tone like I was stupid. It was like in her mind she was saying “I just said it! Maybe you should listen!” She didn’t say it to my face, but her tone of voice made me feel like it. Also, some of the employees when I talked to them ignored me.
