Today I arrived and was informed they have only 2!!!! Workers working could explain why Federal Employees are simply retiring or stuck in their ways and continue to apologize for how they waste tax payers money. This center is useless and the gentleman had the nerves to say the best time to make an appointment is between 5pm - 7pm🤨 This starts at the Top. If you pay taxes you should have access to a damn tax assistance center instead of given a paper to call a number you can NEVER get through.

I had an appointment with the IRS to get an ITIN for myself. I got an appointment in April 2024 for June 2024. The day I went for the appointment, the IRS office was shut due to water pressure problems. I did not receive any notification of cancellation or rescheduling of my appointment that morning, and now I don't know if I will get an appointment in time for me to get my ITIN and file my taxes.

HORRIBLE!!! IF I COULD GIVE IT A 0 STAR RATING, I WOULD!!! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND SERIOUSLY NEEDS TO BE PUT UNDER CLOSE SUPERVISION AND MOST DEFINITELY NEW MANAGEMENT BECAUSE THE LAZY IGNORANT PEOPLE THEY HAVE RUNNING IT NOW, CLEARLY AREN'T CAPABLE OF DOING THEIR JOBS AND SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN ALLOWED TO GET THE JOB TITLES THEY HAVE. My first visit I'm assuming due to covid I was told I had to make an outside appointment by phone though I do have all my contents verifying I am from here the state of Georgia at that . When I call to set up appointment no one answers the phone.....I've tried repeatedly but only a computer assists you and that's it....

I work there so I have alot of info some good, some bad. It's a government building with security to protect the personnel of the many govt agencies that are located there. IRS, SSA, INS, VA to name a few
