Great screen replacement at a fair price. Cameron was extremely helpful and informative. He explained in detail the damage of the phone and why it had issues. His customer service was amazing, 10/10 would recommend!

I managed to crack my iPhone screen near the edge. I could barely see the cracks, so I said "Oh well" and for months I lived with them. Then some rain seeped into them. I dried the phone, stored it over rice for two days. The screen still flashed every time it powered up. Parts of it were nonresponsive. Time to look into getting it fixed.
I found iRepairIT online. I saw they often do same-day service, and they're open on Sundays. And when I drove into the lot I realized I'd been there five years ago for a computer repair, and they were great!
Cameron diagnosed the problem right away, let me know that there was definitely water damage to the screen connection but he'd check whether it went beyond that. It turned out, no; so in half an hour I had a new screen, a fully functioning phone, and a 30-day guarantee for the work. Cameron was professional, friendly, and very effective! For the second time, I'm glad I came here.

Been here once before for a phone repair. The team is always polite and cheerful as they repair your device. Cam, however, seems to go above and beyond. He remembered me, took his time to insure he gave my device a proper assessment, and he hit me with some helpful tips to protect my battery on the way out.
Cam is a great guy with positive energy. it was much appreciated.

Woman running the front is dangerously inexperienced. Did unnecessary repairs on the phone, and she threw a fit after confrontation. Can't speak for the other employees, but due to her inability to receive basic instructions, I left in a worse place than I started.
