I absolutely love this place! I started coming here at the beginning of the summer on a free personal training promotion, and I haven't stopped since. As someone who has tried all different kinds of workouts, from spin classes to Orange Theory, I never found a form of exercise that made me feel motivated to come back. That is, at least, until I came here! It is by far the best work out I've ever done, and I even found a new love for boxing. Paul and all the other trainers are so passionate about what they are doing and you can tell they truly care about meeting your fitness goals. Check them out, you won't regret it!

IQ Fitness is great! I feel like I receive very Individualized attention from a highly skilled professional. Paul not only instructs on exercise, he provides great advice on nutrition (without trying to sell you anything). IQ Fitness is located in a really cool place. It's in big barn in the middle of Buckhead next to a creek. There's nothing else like it!

IQ Fitness is the best personal training option that I have found in the Buckhead area. Paul Rodgers is the head trainer. He provides the most individualized attention that I have ever gotten from a trainer. Paul is an exercise physiologist and does an evaluation of each client to determine what exercise and dietary changes will work best for that person. Some of his clients that I have met drive from far away for his specialized attention. I am so lucky that the IQ Fitness facility is conveniently located near me in the heart of Buckhead.

I've been looking for a great personal trainer for a long time! It's worth the drive down from Kennesaw to see Paul at IQ Fitness. We'd highly recommend Paul for any level of fitness goals !

This place is wonderful. I have been coming here on a Groupon deal, and I am really upset that I only got 5 visits and now they are GONE! :( All of the trainers here give really great personal attention; asking about your personal goals, past injuries, etc. The first time I came in, Paul even did a quick body/joint analysis thing and pointed out some things that might be issues for me in the future. The place is VERY small and hard to find (tucked behind the Domino's on Roswell Rd.), but they give you a FANTASTIC workout. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5th star is because on some occasions I have had trainers tell me to "just warm up". I'm definitely not an athlete, I don't really know what I'm doing, so I just end up doing some awkward stretching, looking around, and thinking about how much of a dumb*** I look like. However, all that really matter is, I look and feel way better than I did before I started coming here. The greatest thing about using a trainer: they will push you further than you ever thought you could go and it WILL pay off.
