“Tyler and Jake were both AMAZINGLY helpful when I needed to place a reservation for my employer. The reservation was for a 26' truck. It took a little time but they worked with me the entire time. And ultimately we were able to get the truck for a very important annual event. May God bless the entire staff!!!!!!”
“I had the experience of rental a truck from this location. The customer service from Gymeika and Miguel were very professional and transparent. Gymeika explained the policy and inspected the truck for prior damage. This was only suppose to be a one time rental however; Miguel received the truck back that evening and encouraged me to leave the account open....Good employees”
“Gerald was great! My reservation was for 11am but the client who had my truck never brought it back that night! Gerald was on top of it and found another location only 2 miles away with the truck I needed. Unfortunately, that location was a dump literally and I dont even know how they are an authorized dealer. Do not go to the 1220 Murphy Ave location! I returned to Gerald and he was able to fix it and got me a truck at his location! He was professional, understanding and kind! I am thankful for his efficiency in a situation that was becoming stressful due to my time crunch!”

“Rented a 3.4 ton truck and was told it was a diesel. As it turns out - it wasn't - and after putting diesel in it, it broke down when I was 70 miles outside Atlanta. The manager, Chris, got me a new truck within 2 hours and I was on my way.
Most important to me is that they showed complete integrity and acknowledged that they told me it was diesel when in fact it was gas. Many people these days would have lied to cover up the mistake, but they didn't.
Despite losing ~2 hours, the fact that they showed honesty and integrity made all the difference. I will definite rent from here again, and will double check the engine fuel type next time.
Side note: both trucks were in very good condition.”
