First time pet owner here. I spontaneously came home with a puppy a couple of weeks ago and I had absolutely nothing prepared. Inman Park Pet Works was our first stop. The customer service reps were so warm, knowledgeable, and patient. They answered all of my questions and helped me navigate purchasing everything I would need as a first time dog mom. I highly recommend IPPW. Max and I will definitely be back.

I love Inman Park pet works. They always have my pets food in stocks. It is a hard to find food. They always have it for me and will order if I need to. Thankyou Inman pet foods. ?

This is not the only local neighborhood pet food store but it is my favorite. The selection is diverse. The food is healthy. All of the workers are knowledgeable on what they have to offer.

I've been shopping here the last year and didn't mind the overpriced items, especially for the great quality and selection offered, in addition my pet trainer raved about this place. However, the staff were rarely friendly and carried a more standoffish and smug vibe in the store. Until recently, this came to light when I returned a few different brands of foods. My pup's 10months and a pretty picky eater and we're trying to figure out which brand/food works best for his sensitive tummy. His vet and canine nutritionist both recommended to switch him to a grain diet, the bags of food that were purchased were grain free. I was told that the return policy for the store is, if for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase (one being, your pup is not a fan of the food) they would accept your return in exchange for store credit. This is NOT the case, since the lady with the short black hair said that she cannot accept multiple bags from different brands (a few that were not opened, which would qualify as an actual return). She was incredibly rude and smug about the matter and told me that I should go to PetSmart, as if their store is the only superior pet supply store in their area. After processing my final return, they tried to double charge me for the new items I had purchased and clearly had a problem doing the math as it related the exchange credits applied. I'm all for supporting local businesses, but I will no longer be supporting this small, overpriced and rude place of business. They think that they're competent about pet nutrition when neither of them holds a canine nutrition certification, I would recommend doing your own research and consulting with canine nutritionists before taking their advice on pet nutrition. FYI - The Clean Dog Inc, Park Pet Supply Inc & The Whole Dog Market offer much more reasonable prices and a better variety of superior brands/supplies. I also think that your skin color matters in this store, the old lady in particular seems to have a problem with humans of color. This store needs an upgrade of staff, bring in younger, knowledgeable/certified and vibrant individuals, it'll make a huge difference.

Such an awesome experience with these nice folks! I couldn’t get the food I usually order for my finicky cat. After a short explanation of his condition, they chose several items, and he loved them all! Shocker! Can’t thank them enough! Buy local!’ ?

Best local pet store in town. Great selection of food, toys and supplies, with dog washing bays. It is the only place we shop for pet supplies.

Large variety of items. Treats, compostable p*** bags, raw food, kibble and sardines that my dog loves. People are always nice and helpfulLeashes, car seat protectors and seasonal outfits (which i never buy bc my dog hates them but a bandana is always a nice touch of fashion), basic health/bath items and toys

I always receive such thoughtful recommendations from the staff at this wonderful pet store. My senior kitty loves the new toys recommended (who knew a catnip carrot could bring such joy!) and they helped me picked out lots of healthy, yummy food now that our cat has been removed from her urinary diet. Happy to have this wonderful business so close to home.
