My boyfriend got a custom suit here and the experience was great. Vincent walked us through all the color and pattern options, best choices and explained everything. He was very nice and friendly as well. The suit came in yesterday 2 weeks faster than listed on the website and aside from needing to take in the jacket a little bit (which they do for free) my boyfriend is very happy!

This company came recommended to us by a friend of ours who needed a suit for their wedding. We came to this location because it was easier for us and we were matched with Michael. He was an absolute delight to work with! The appointment started later than it was supposed to, but besides that Micheal was able to get accurate measurements and explain everything out to us. We just received the suit and are very happy with the results!

After the first order was unsalvageable (said the tailor when I showed them what they send me after THEY measured me), the second order came back just as screwed up, and they obviously did not update all the measurements. The jackets were absurdly long, huge in the waist. The pant legs were different sizes, and the shoulders in the shirts were at least 4" too wide. This was the WORST experience I've ever had and I urge everyone to stay clear of this store within Nordstroms. Absolutely pathetic and infuriating.

Great quality suits and shirts. Recommend getting measurements at the Lennox location though. I got mine through Nordstrom location and sizes were off

cannot emphasize enough to spend your money elsewhere.all garments came improperly sized. indochino refuses to provide you your sizes if youve been measured through them so i cant be certain if i was measured improperly or if their factory failed to make my clothes correctly.order was not only delayed the first time, but by the time i received any resolution for a resized garment, the event i wanted to wear them for had passed.also, they dont issue refunds. if indochino makes a mistake, they dont hold themselves accountable.please stay away. much better to buy off the rack (its all made in china anyway, even indochino) and take it to your local tailor for alterations.absolutely disappointed.

I had already shopped the website, selected 2 luxury suits and customized them before I went in to be measured. The person who waited on me was personable and professional. I received the suits and they fit like only a made-to-measure suit can fit. They are very comfortable and I receive compliments whenever I wear them. I have ordered made-to-measure suits before and one of the things I like about Indochino is that I can order directly off their website and I don't need to purchase through a sales representative.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We waited 20 minutes after our appointment time for them to even acknowledge us and that was one poor sales dude (a young Black gentleman) as he walked another couple our. He spent 10 minutes checking them out while his coworker (a middle aged Asian man) with an IPad just walked right by us and ignored us multiple times after hiding out in the dressing room since he had been in front of us on the escalator down! Garbage customer service and looking at the colors, their black velvet looked like green, the emerald looked Kelly green and their navy velvet was dull.

We are so grateful for our seamless (pun intended), fun, helpful experience at Indochino. Manager Jamie exceeded our already-high expectations. She met with us at least 3 times to fit my partner, determine custom alterations, and assess the alterations when done. We are so impressed. Working with her was the easiest part of our wedding planning. And he felt so confident in his beautiful outfit! Thank you SO much!

Just walked out of my appointment to choose a suit for my upcoming wedding because the service rep was incredibly rude. Insinuated multiple times that I could not afford the suit.
