Positive experience overall, i wanted to make sure to update the review after i walked away with the suit officially. The process from start to finish was easy and clear. I was measured twice because i wanted to make sure the first measurements were correct before ordering. Then was able to go in with my new tux once it was shipped to get sized and fitted one more time. Had to do two alterations on my jacket but nothing big and i am happy with the end result/attention the staff provided me. Jessica was great in providing a wonderful experience!

*Update* Store manager called and issued an apology, but nothing more. It seems to be the new corporate tagline to simply apologize and think that this is some virtuous act on their part. Millions of dollars in revenue and you’d think they’d at the very least offer a future discount, take 5 or 10% off the order or refund cost of shipping. Or offer something to secure future business. But nope! Eeking out as much as they can from the customer and providing a semblance of concern seems to be the new golden rule. My original review below still stands.
I had heard good things about Indochino from a friend and since Atlanta currently doesn’t have an Alton Lane I made an appointment. I arrived about twenty minutes early and saw only one woman helping a customer. She did greet me and say she’d be with me. And roughly 15 minutes later I was helped by someone who was clearly new. I told him I wanted a blue shirt and had a coupon for 3 shirts for $150. He was flustered and once again asked the woman who was busy with a customer about the coupon. She said no, could only do 20% off for each. I also said I was recommend here by a friend and she mentioned something about a family/friend referral but this had no effect on price or service. So already a bad start. I then chose one blue shirt and was then showed the various options. But again the salesperson could not answer basic questions, told me incorrect information about style and look and had to be corrected by a coworker. After this I was measured but once again this had to be done twice resulting in an extra 15 minutes of time wasted. I had also asked about ties and how much they were but once again the worker had no idea. Then rather abruptly I was asked to give them my address and when I said I had a coupon, was told once again that I couldn’t use that here. I also found out that I was charged $20 for shipping which I found ridiculous and when asked if I could have it shipped to the store was told no. So having gone in there looking to spend $150 on three shirts, I instead got one for $120 with mediocre service. And no one asking how anything went or if I’d like to another shirt so as to avoid the $20 shipping fee. I do not fault the worker for being new, but I do fault the other staff that left him unattended. I don’t plan on going back and will look elsewhere.

I had an exceptional experience getting my tuxedo created and tailored at Indochino Atlanta. Jessica is a true professional—knowledgeable, meticulous, and attentive to every detail. I have purchased two tuxedos from Indochino over the past four years and cannot recommend them highly enough. The associates are kind, professional, and knowledgeable - I worked with Jamie recently, and she was fantastic. I have been highly satisfied with the product quality, customization, and durability, and you cannot beat the value. I would not purchase a tuxedo anywhere else.

Jessica at Indochino is simply fabulous.
She went above and beyond in making sure that I felt comfortable in and loved the suits I ordered. Started from showing her my vision board of how I wanted the suits to look and fit me and she made sure that was the look I would get in the end. We picked out all the finishing details together and she helped me style it with some of my existing accessories and shoes. all in all very great, fun, and personal experience.
