I paid $10,000 for a crowdfunding marketing campaign in 2015. IMC created a decent video and despite my request, neglected to include me in the video explaining the product. The logo they created was AWESOME! However, their method is a bully style tactic that resulted in me arguing with the representative assigned to me. The campaign page layout and marketing efforts were unsatisfactory and i had to pay someone else to redesign the page. Guess i wasn't a major enough company.
