I really like IKEA. Some people that shop in IKEA are annoying, but what can you do? They go against the flow of traffic, stop and chit chat, taking up the entire aisle. I go in with a plan, and my shopping is complete. Thanks IKEA.

DON'T EVER purchase a live house plant from Ikea! I purchased a lovely large floor plant from them and about 10 days later a ton of mites and gnats started to take over the plant and my house. It was so gross! So I called their customer service number and asked for a refund. I was told I would get an e-gift card. It never came after the person in charge of that dept. in the Atlanta store said that was not possible. Please see the pics. Terrible experience!

My sofa sleeper, the Barslov, is low quality & still under warranty. So I have been trying to return it to the store. I’ve been getting the runaround trying to return the Barslov. IKEA scheduled a pickup with a 12 hour window, no one called or showed up. They rescheduled with a 4 hour window, finally showed up with 1 person (this couch takes 2-3 people to lift). Then they reschedule for early this morning and I have not heard from anyone or gotten a response. At this point I’m frustrated and just need this sofa sleeper removed and my money back. What is the issue here?

It’s declined so much over the years. There’s no help, you need an app for things, and the quality of the pieces is in steady decline.

I lost my wedding band in the lower family restroom that's close by the entrance at around 4:45pm yesterday. I left it on the sink. I only realized around 7:30pm and it was gone and nobody had brought it in either when I asked around. 😭😭😭

I like the store as many to find that you like. I brought several things are worth it. But I wish add more stores in Atlanta, only problem only one store in Atlanta to drive distance.

I don't have words to describe IKEA US. The worst service ever. I am an IKEA Italia customer since 20 years. Ordered the 8th of Jan, delivery scheduled the 12th. They have rescheduled 3 times now expected delivery 29th of January. I will cancel the order. If I were you I will never buy from them. Go to amazon better service and they deliver in advance

I’ve received horrible service from the customer service folks for an online order. Ordered around Christmas, this order has been delayed a month and a half because no one is able to speak to the distribution center. The customer service folks can only read you what you can read for yourself in the app. Absolutely terrible service for an online order, especially in 2025.

IKEA has a lot to pick from and good prices.
They have show rooms with set up for small apartments and when you start going through this maze , you can't come out and you have to see all before you can get out.
