Although I haven't been here yet because it is a 2 and 1/2 hour drive from where I live, I can't wait to go. I love Ikea. And I know that it is a five-star place before I even go. Their merchandise is great quality and great prices and going there is like going to Disneyland. I love their cafeteria with their swedish meatballs. I'm looking forward to when I have the extra gas and time to go check it out.

Dave is friendliest hooman at Aftonsparv central (Ikea). He helps the hoomanz and makes us aliens feel safe and cozy in our docking bay while we wait to find earth homes.

A customer pushed a cart containing two dogs all over the store. Store policy says such pets, even if the owner claims they provide emotional support, are not allowed. Apparently store employees chose to ignore the violation. Next time I’ll report it to the health department.

Great place. Smaller than expected. I wish they would have sets on the same aisle and not scattered everywhere. The food was not available(not a deal buster but a little sad). Self check out was nice. The guy yelling )excuse me this line is only with online scanning the app” was very annoying and could have been done more professionally. Over all will be retuning.

The return process is the worst. Long lines with people who are uneducated and uncaring. They take their sweet time. Totally despicable attitude.

Always a delight in IKEA. The only issue I had was with some disorganization in the bedding area that caused a delay in shipping, but other than that everything was in order, and checkout was easy and quick.

A wow DIY store! Their room ideas are a fancy way of shopping as they show the places where the product would fit in best. Helps figure the product in your place. A huge expanse which sells products and fixtures from a spoon to huge room ideas. Loved the shopping experience all the way.
