Everyone who works here is the best in the industry. Professional, honest, and treat everyone like VIP status. Needed a repair on a clasp, contacted them and got a response back from Taurus who responded instantly. I got all my questions answered in a fast timely manner and he has gone out of his way to help me through the process. Highly recommend.

I've never walked into a store with one price in mind, found and purchased something else 10x that price, and walked out happy- until yesterday at the Icebox. Taurus and James are knowledgeable and have an easy going demeanor. I didn't feel pressured and they took the time to answer my questions. What they did not know at the time was that I'd been thinking about this particular brand of watch for more than a year and was thinking about buying one at some point over the next month. Their approach turned that into a same day purchase. I give them a 10.Where they are really shining, pun intended, is in the after the sale service. I had one question and Taurus called. He spent close to an hour with me, educating me about my watch and others below and above it. I can tell he loves what he does and his knowledge base made sure there won't be any buyer's remorse. I was happy when I bought my watch. I'm even happier now.

Her customer service was outstanding and super friendly, all questions have been answered quickly, and professional. The shipping was, what I was mostly concerned about, but Leah made it all super fast and easy for me. My New Watch arrived Exactly as per the pictures and description. Always an amazing experience from beginning to end. Icebox not only have the most knowledgeable staff but also offer the best service in town. Leah, in particular, is always extremely helpful, patient and very knowledgeable. I’ve worked with her on a project in the past, also purchased a few other items and I have always enjoyed the experience and how fast they work. There’s nothing they can’t do when it comes to diamonds and watches.

Could not have had a better experience! From the attention to detail and price, I definitely have gotten what I expected. I worked with Dominique to find the perfect engagement ring for my now fiancé. She wanted to know what my fiancé liked, along with guardrails on what not to even consider.
