This is the worse bank ever and they should not be in business. I had my address updated with an agent over the phone last week, but she misspelled my street name. I called on yesterday to have the typo fixed in the address and they kept telling me I had to go inside of a bank. Then they told me to call the branch manager Michelle Gibson to fix the issue which was insane. After I literally had to argue with several agents one of the agents by the name of Nicole Carruthers cancelled my online banking. Then she put a security block on my account for NO REASON. So I emailed Mrs. Gibson and she responded that all of my accounts are being terminated. All of this is behind one of the incompetent, ignorant customer services reps NOT DOING THEIR JOB WRONG!

Their policy together with the staff makes it really difficult to start a relationship with them. Since they are more scrutinizing than many other banks, get ready to run back home to get additional documents that they may ask for. The bank maintained little interest in welcoming a new client and. I gave him definite answers for every question he asked, yet he could still blame me for not letting him about my other circumstances. He seemed to expect me to be more familiar with his business than he did. Perhaps he was helping me stay away from troubles dealing with this bank in the future.

Don't waste your time with this bank for an account or mortgage. There a bait and switch that makes it look easy online and then turns worse than Bank of America in terms of crapy service and red tape.Banks like this end up being gobbled up by bigger banks and any advantage that is perceived or real Will evaporate anyway. The good news is there is no advantage to this bank as it stands now.. Don't waste your time
