I did my taxes online and Phyllis Hill (tax reviewer) completely disregarded the questions answered and went ahead and filed what they thought was appropriate. Which then caused a HUGE delay in filing my taxes. I had to research myself what was the tax law in my state and tell Phyllis how to properly file my taxes. Its been over a month and still waiting to file my taxes since Phyllis is ONLY a tax reviewer and NOT certified to file taxes because of their mess up I have to wait for a certified tax pro to help.

The agent acted like she didn't really know was she was doing and she was very slow, she also took my stimulus check to pay for what I owed the irs without my permission and only told me at the end when I asked her if I would be getting my stimulus check now that I've completey taxes. She started stuttering and I had to sternly ask if I'm going to get. At that point she said I took out so you wouldn't have to pay the irs so much money.

My H&R Block representative Phyllis went above and beyond and her customer service was the absolute best I've ever encountered. I would looooove to have as my tax pro every year

The tax specialists Phyllis Hill was awesome the best experience I ever had with my taxes. She was very helpful and made me feel comfortable and happy while I gave her my information although I didn't have my tax documents together she was very patient with me. Thanks Phyllis I'll be back next year
