The staff at my local Hollywood Feed is phenomenal! I recently went into the store to purchase some cat food, but due to weather, the delivery truck arrived late, so they were just restocking shelves when I arrived. The item I came in to purchase was on the bottom of a cart stacked high with pet foods. Later in the day, when they reached the cat food, they called as promised but I couldn't get in & they said they would hold the item for me for 24 hours. I later called to explain that I couldn't pick up on time. When I finally got to the store, the item was sold out...AGAIN, but they had saved one for me.!It is so rare to find ANY customer service now. Every time I go to this store, the two women working there are efficient, knowledgable and personable. They are NOT on their cell phones, they are WORKING. I appreciate you two and I'll be back.THANK YOU!

I love this store. The people are always helpful and kind. If I don't find what I need they always have a suggestion that is comparable. Thank you for your company. The care for animals is very evident in all you do and all you carry.

The team is always helpful, store is always clean, and most of the time they have exactly what we’re looking for. If, for some reason, something’s out of stock, the team is always willing to check online /other locations and help us place an order, if needed. I love this store. And our pup loves to see “his bag” come through the door.

I trust Hollywood Feed to carry responsible, sustainable pet products. I can find many specialty dog food brands in store that were only available to order online. Great associates and a great store.

After a recent move I needed a new pet store for my 85lb golden dork. This is by far the best store in the area and I'm a loyal customer!Wonderful helpful and friendly staff. Great selection of foods you won't find anywhere else. And my dog loves their treat selection.
