This was my first time visiting this hobby Lobby. The setup was different from the one that I usually go to in Conyers. It was crowded because of the Black Friday sales. But getting checked out was not that long. They had the registers open and the young ladies were moving everyone pretty quickly.

My mum loves choosing her yarn ideas from Hobby Lobby, and this particular store is very neat and tidy! Everything is easy to find and a huge plus to all workers at Hobby Lobby ?

Love the store the restrooms are so bad everytime they should be shut down by the health department. I don’t think they have ever been cleaned ever. The customers mush have stomach issues & been raised in a barn. Maybe the tp is on the floor to cover up the mess.The staff are nice but the politics are wrong. No one should be able to control what a staff member does on their time off.It is a store not a confession both at church.

One lane for exchanges and an employee who doesn’t know how to complete exchanges. Management (Ray) doesn’t care how long customers wait. Go to Austell store…Thankful for Carlos, Assistant Manager, for saving the day. Ray - not so much.

Bright, clean, organized and family friendly. Absolutely would come back to Hobby Lobby on Cobb Parkway again. We came here to purchase some holiday ornaments for baby's first Christmas and was impressed by the variety of ornaments and selection. There are many price options too so you can find a gift for everyone's taste.The store was great and huge. You can easily find someone to help you. Service was good as the lines were a bit long. They close on Sunday so make this your Saturday destination.

I go into a lot of different Hobby Lobby's across America and unfortunately at this moment this one is labeled as the worst I've dealt with.First of all the entire time I shopped for the specific items I was looking to acquire from this establishment I never had an interaction with any employee . Most the time in Hobby Lobby I am always greeted at least once before I can make it to the section I need.Walked around looking for an employee for at least 2 to 3 minutes. Remind you this is after a good 5 minutes of looking myself and grabbing the other items I was there for. When I finally found a young man small braids possibly dreads but the very beginning stages if so . I asked him if he worked this specific section he said no. so I asked him to please help me get an associate that works the area so I could get help. he then tells me well maybe I can help you. I tried to allow him to do that. it was a complete waste of time. he just wanted to suggest that I go to a different isle even after I told him the isle he was referring to was for a different kind of product and what I needed wasn't in that row. then he finally reluctantly tells me he will go find another associate . so I stand around for at least 5 minutes waiting on this new and hopefully knowledgeable associate . To my surprise I was met by the same young man who didn't know anything about the section. however comes back to tell me the other employee told him that I need to go to the isle which was the exact same isle I had already tried to educate this young man on . Its very clear he didn't pay attention to a single thing I said.So multiple problems with this situation . One why after I told this young man that his suggestion was wrong did he not accept that and also transfer that information to the other associate . Why was I prompted a second time to go to an isle that I know doesn't carry what I need. TBH I don't think their was another employee and this young man wasted my time and got himself a little break while acting like he was helping me.A Question I find myself asking a lot now days is does it fall on the employee or on the Management/Owners???In this specific case I believe it was just lazy nonsense on the employees part. As I have never asked for another employee to be met by the same one.However a lot of times I feel it actually falls on the managers and owners for not training their employees properly amongst a few other things.I wish this was the end of this tale but we must endure the check out process now.With the items I was able to find myself (not the ones I needed help with) I walked to check out. there wasn't a line at the checker as not too many people where in the store shopping. when I got to the young lady I set my items down she doesn't look up at me or say anything just grabs and scans my stuff and tells me the total. I thought most all stores had a standard of the cashier asking how our experience was or if we found everything okay.???I don't know what's going on at this store but there's plenty of other Hobby Lobby's to choose from!

The staff here are warm. They acknowledge customers as you walk inside. I'm amazed at how well these stores are kept. This makes me feel good shopping here. I get my best home creations from this place...... Simply Beautiful

Got tons of puzzles that were on sale and met a few puzzlers. The store was organized and neat. Staff was very helpful and polite.

The only good thing about this place was the cashier & products. Other staff were just rude! Nothing like they treat you in KY! They didn't speak. They didn't move out of your way when trying to look on shelves. Certainly won't return to this one!

This is a store that is very clean and the employees are ALWAYS READY TO HELP YOU, and they are very professional. They are always stocked very well and hundreds of items for you to select from to complete your product. A great store to shop at plus great priced.
