The app says we can do pick up in store. I’ve waited 7 days and no progress. I called the customer service and they called the store manager and was told they don’t offer pick up in store. So they have not cancelled my order or offer any solutions, nor contacted me for further assistance. How do you not offer pick up in store when the app says you do? Pure laziness.

Wonderful experience! Ms. C deserves her flowers. I was having an issue with pricing, applying my coupon code, and picking up in store. Transparently, many of the other employees weren’t interested in helping but she swooped in and made it make sense. I’m very grateful. This experience alone will keep me coming back. Thanks Ms. C!

This happened 12-28-2023 around 6:30pm/ Male cashier at women section of the store. One of the male cashier provided a very bad customer service and had an attitude. He was on the phone at the counter and I approached to have my items checked out. I was there waiting for him to be done as it was normal; when it gets out of the phone this worker proceeded to make sure that I knew « he was not ready for me since I saw him on the phone ». I was shocked by the attitude since I was just waiting for him to be done and I did not complain whatsoever. I never experienced this much dédain before. I believe that no matter the store or the amount of money spent you should respect a customer that respect you.

Poor selection, but the real issue is the staff. Visited the store 12/26 at around 5pm and my mother asked a young Black woman with braids about which items were on sale, and was initially ignored by her. She eventually answered her but in a disrespectful and condescending tone. My mother and I were shopping separately, so I did not know she had this experience until she told me. I just so happened to have a similar question regarding the sale items, and this same young lady was the only worker on the floor, so I also asked her a quick question. She looked around and said "you talking to me??", to which I replied, "yes, I just had a quick question." and she ignored me for a good 30 seconds. She eventually came over and gave me a condescending answer. This experience made me immediately want to leave, so I found my mother and told her I was ready for us to go. That's when my mother shared her experience with me, and it happened to be the same young lady. I want to add that I am also a young Black woman who is maybe only a couple years older than this store clerk. I know how young people talk because I am one, and she actively chose to be condescending and disrespectful. Don't work if you have an issue with interacting with customers.

This store is actually built on objectifying people. From the obnoxious blasting music to the mannequins in nothing but lace, there is no self respect. Workers refuse to make eye contact.

This place closes their fitting rooms early. I had a full hand of closes to try on and I handed them straight to the cashier for put back when she told me I couldn’t try on. It’s was 15 minutes before closing
