Tay is a very unprofessional worker there that continues to have a confrontational approach to customers I do not only witness this from my end but also with how she speaks to other customers. I always go to this location and the best days are when she is not there and i get to see the employees with wonderful and warm welcome but also great service. Tay continues to make shopping at this location unbearable where id rather go to a further location just to avoid her approach at service. I would like to give a great shoutout to all the other workers however

H&M -- I'm not going to lie , my wardrobe needs help and shopping there always keeps me on point. They always have an associate, or sales rep, who will take the time to connect me with the freshest designs, complimentary colors and fabrics that make me feel like a Woman. Oh, I forgot to mention, Great Sales.

Love H&M
Counter service here is horrible.
Came early morning, was next in line.
The girl at the counter was having a conversation with another employee, when I walked to the front of the line and patiently waited, another lady who was not in line went in front of me to the counter and asked the lady for advice on sunglasses, (I’m still waiting in line to be checked out) she gives her advice, and then proceeded to check her out first which shocked me of course.
Sure I would like to walk up to the front and get checked out disregarding the people already in line waiting.
Anywho, I decided to drop my stuff and leave.
Went to the H&M by perimeter, much better customer service.

I may be wasting my time with this review, but I’m going to leave one anyway. I will say this location always has great stock and the latest new arrivals! I took a break from coming here because the employees just aren’t friendly or helpful usually. I visited yesterday for the first time in a while & was met with the same energy. While browsing, I walked to a rack to glance at the price of a trench coat. No one was by the rack when I approached it. A lady ended up walking up and saying “I’m working on this rack ma’am, those jackets are right over there”. No “hi, excuse me”. I was caught off guard and just said ok and walked off. It was fine, my bad, didn’t realize I couldn’t bother that rack.. cool. I continued to look around nearby and heard her loudly telling another employee that she “had to tell like 5 people to leave the rack alone and how annoying it was and how people need to just look and pay attention”. I just feel like that was very unprofessional and no reason to be visibly/vocally irritated with customers about. Personally, I don’t know the processes of the store. No racks are marked do not touch so if I see something cute I’m going to look at it. By the time I checked out I think she was gone so I didn’t get to address the situation like I wanted. Apparently she was the visual manager, but I didn’t get her name. Black woman with glasses & shoulder length locs/braids (I can’t remember exactly). Definitely would expect better from management, but no nobody cares about their job these days.

This store is decent. Usually clean and organized when I go. I hate they usually only have 1 person at the register, or they pick and choose when they open the fitting rooms but it’s been okay last few times I’ve gone
